A: No, there's no internal storage under table. It's simply an addition to the table that is installed between outer sections. Best to stow in a safe location, handy to use when called for.

Great Table for the price. I bought one for my mother when she moved back home and now I am getting one for myself! We keep the leaf extension in even though we dont really have too. The design for the leaf does go the other direction in the grain of the wood which bothers my OCD just slightly. I am not sure if its just becasue the brown is easier to see that, Im not sure about the black or the grey. But it can fit 4-6 people easily.

Nice looking table that was very easy to put together and a good price! My only complaint is that the the extension piece is oriented the wrong direction so the wood grain does not line up well with the rest of the table. If the pegs and locks were on the opposite side, it would be perfect.
