Q: How does the leaf work? I can't seem to pull apart the table to insert it.
A: there's a piece of wood on each side of it that you have to unscrew

Q: How do I extend the table? I removed the lock and unscrewed the wood block. Still won’t come apart.

Q: What oil or wax or other product is recommended to help protect the wood from stains and water marks? (I don't want to just cover with a plastic tablecloth - I am hoping for some guidance)

Q: I've removed the wood pieces under the table but can't get the table to expand in order to add in the leif. Is there another step?
