Q: Where can I buy a replacement liner bag? We have this hamper and we love it! But one of the liner bags has gone missing. Possibly the kids ate it. We have given up looking and want to buy another. Thx

I had received this for the holidays, and when it came time to assemble the screws were not included in the packet, there were missing holes and brackets on the partitions where the screws should have gone. I'm so dissapointed given the price for this.

This is one of those products that arrives, and I don't understand why a company is trying to pass it off as something anyone would want in their home. What a waste! This hamper has to be assembled. But It arrived with broken hardware. Not only was the hardware broken off, it looked rusty. Parts of the basket material are broken off all over the interior and exterior. It smelled bad, too. Don't believe the photo and don't waste your time or money on this overpriced, pathetic junk.

The marketing photos of this laundry hamper are deceiving. The hamper comes unassembled and the product is poorly constructed. There is discoloration among the panels. The pieces do not align properly and the brackets for the lid were bent.

The basket was crooked while assembling so very hard to build. Material feels cheap. There’s no stopper for the handles so the bags slide off easily. I bought it on sale, that was the only benefit. Other than that, I hope this lasts me a long time.

Honestly, this thing is a piece of junk.. I don’t mind a little project but the holes on this don’t even line up so putting it together is SO frustrating. They put a sticker right on the front of it so when you take it off it literally rips off pieces of wicker in the front.. opening and closing the lid unscrews the screw. Once it’s together it doesn’t look terrible but honestly I wouldn’t pay what I did for it. It’s not very sturdy. It should be much cheaper.

Everything about these is so disappointing. They don't sit flush and quality is horrible. The baskets just sit in place and fall out. You have to thread the cloth bags everytime you touch it. Wicker came damaged out of the box. Such a waste of time and money.
