The item requires minimal assembly, you only need to assemble the legs and armrests, the front angled legs require 2 M6.5x26mm screws per leg, the rear straight legs have a screw insert you need to turn clockwise and the armrest (2 in the side) have a clip to lock in position, you just need to press them in, that is all the assembly requires, the parts are located in a compartment inside the futon, the cup holder is part of the sofa.
