Q: Hello! I'm confused, some brand experts here are saying this table does not need an additional base; while others recommend sand bags to ensure the umbrella stays put in the table. Please advise?

A: This is combination table and umbrella stand, however, using sandbags to further stabilize table won't hurt as it'll be disclosed within.

The table top broke after having it for 6 months. Also it does not have any support for the umbrella and a weighted umbrella stand does not fit underneath. Will not purchase again.

Damaged from shipper Target could not contact company for a replacement. Noticed after putting together so I could not return. This was not packaged well should have known when I opened the box. No protection around the table. I believe I was shipped a damaged table top from a return. I would not suggest purchasing

I love the table, but there's no way a full sized umbrella will work in this table. We decided to keep it because it matches our patio set and is a great side table. If I can find a small umbrella I might try to set it up for the kids, otherwise I'd expect this table to go flying across the patio during high winds. Took 10mins to put together, which is always nice!

We purchased this ummbella table for our pool area and it has worked great all summer long! It helps to support the umbrella during windy weather and it hasn't been knocked over by storms one time this summer. LOVE IT!

Love my new table. It is super sturdy and my umbrella fits perfectly. It did come with a few dents but not a big deal. Was easy to assemble and shipping was incredibly fast. Don't hesitate to order this. It's worth every penny!

The top of this table broke after a month! The slat next to the umbrella hole cracked and a chunk was taken out. Had this not happened, we would be otherwise satisfied with the look, feel and quality of this purchase.

This is a cute table and just the right size. However, it was impossible to permanently install the umbella pole. The umbrella pole fit great into the metel tube through the middle of the table, but then the table and closed, tied, umbrela blew over, because my umbrela pole had no base. Its a lovely table! Just check what kind of umbrella pole you have and check that the base is not higher than 1 & 1/2 inches. Also, be sure you have no neck on the base.

Easy to assemble. Very nice table. It has blown over once with the umbrella so it would probably be best to have sandbags under them. You can see our cat likes this table to keep her shaded. I would buy this table again and recommend it!
