My mother used Best Foods mayonnaise, (Hellman's for me as I now live East of the Rockies), so I followed suit. My mom is long since gone and I still use Hellman's to this day. I have no desire to try another, E.g. Duke's, other brands or generic substitutions. Now, I am not a real mayonnaise lover and if I do use any, it is ever so lightly. I do use it in recipes, just less than called for. My husband enjoys his mayonnaise and would accept nothing less than Hellman's. I have never had a bad jar, and the quality and consistency has always been 100%! I have never encountered another product I have purchased consistently I could make that same claim about. So, this is a big THANK-YOU for providing a product year after year, after year, that has actually retained its integrity!!! This still holds true into my senior years, where product safety now plays a major role. And as I adopted my mother's product tradition, I too have passed the Hellman's torch on to my own children.

I am in agreement with other customers who once upon a time loved Best Foods Mayonnaise. Now they are adding “natural flavors” but I am not sure why?? If the original recipe was spot on for taste and quality, what reasoning is behind a change in ingredients, especially “natural flavors” which are chemically created substances? Not my idea of Best. I choose other fully natural mayonnaises that keep to quality and good taste.

I had been using Best Foods Mayo for years. But I unable to eat the mayo because the soybean oil makes me very ill. I wish you would go back to the original recipe.

I’ve been eating Best Foods my entire life. 54 years and counting! It’s always tasted the best. Purchased two new jars in the last month. Threw away the first jar because I thought it was bad. The taste was just…off. Second jar had the same icky taste. I’ve read they changed the ingredients. So I guess I’ll be finding a different brand. Very disappointed.

I've been enjoying Best Foods mayo for more than 60 years. But, it seems that Best Foods has changed in the last few months. The color of the mayo has more of an olive tinge and is more translucent. The texture is less creamy. More importantly, the new mayo seems to be less tasty.

Well I've been a Best Foods Mayonnaise customer all 53 years of my life until now. I'm about to embark on a new journey for a new mayo. I don't know what's happening but the new containers, the ingredient changes and prices are just tooooo different for ne to continue. The color is less than appetizing, the flavor and consistency has changed for the worst. I've had several jars of late and they just don't taste the same. The worst part is there's now an oily strange after taste that is reminiscent of cheap, poorly made mayo. I'm saddened to have remove this staple from my recipes but there's no way I can continue to use this product or recommend it to friends and family. I don't know if it's gmo ingredients or lower quality ingredients in their recipe, but this current product is unusable.

I enjoy buying this product it is always a good price and taste great. I like having this in hand for recipies and salads. It is easy to open and stores in the fridge for a long enough time. Hellman mayonnaise are the best in the world. Great for making salads anything that has to do with making a salad or putting it on a sandwich with meat absolutely to die for I would never go to any other mayonnaise

The plastic bottle smell is more than mayonnaise. Very disappointed to me. The plastic bottle used to package is very lower quality with chemicals.. the entire mayonnaise taste is different (it like..eating plastic). first time purchasing mayonnaise gives bad impression

I agree with all who stated the taste has changed to me it’s over the top with vinegar and is no longer thick and fluffy when spreading it also has a off smell when eating I will not be purchasing this product anymore Loss of customers will produce negative word of mouth but I’m sure your company already understands bad publicity.
