This is not a bagel to be frank. There's no hole in the center and the texture is a far cry from a bagel. I think I've had keto bagels that taste more like a bagel than this. However, if you move past the misleading name and view it as a better bun instead, it's very versatile and is a great way to up your fiber and protein take with a breakfast sandwich.

These should not be named "The Better Bagel". Has no qualities of a bagel other than the shape and loaded with salt..650mg. You put smoked salmon on it and you have a sodium bomb! The everything version is more bagel like but still a sodium bomb. If you don't mind the sodium. stick with the everything version.

Don’t let bad reviews fool you. If you eat healthy on a regular basis, you know that certain things are not exactly like the normal product. This has great flavor and a great concept. The texture is slightly odd but definitely something that is easily overlooked for me. I personally toast mine and it makes it not as noticeable. They are not pre cut but who cares, not me. I believe these are definitely worth trying for anyone who loves bagels, but tries to stay away from them.

These have been my go to breakfast for the past 3 months. They taste great and the protein and fiber conent is unmatched. I love having them with a garlic cream cheese with smoked salmon or some butter and cinnamon sugar on top. I wish target was able to keep these in stock at my store more often, but they always seem to be out.

I wanted to love these especially for the price and all the protein, but as an everything bagel lover, the chewy texture and off flavor were just not good to me. I’ll go back to killer Dave’s. They did toast up beautifully and felt nice and fluffy but it’s once you start chewing that they go down hill. I even tried with egg and again with cream cheese, it didn’t help.

Wow these bagels are fantastic!!! The classic is our favorite. Makes a wonderful sandwich, or even use as a bun for a burger. The best part is it’s only 5g net carbs!!! Do not hesitate to try these. You will not regret it.

Beware the calories really are not 160 but really 282 calories. They get away with it by saying you minus the fiber. Lots of research you still get calories from fiber so You are really eating 282 calories BUT with that said Dave’s plain protein bagels are 262 cals with only 11 proteins. So imo still the best option for bagels even though the label is a lie. They do have that slight very very slight fake texture/taste but they are not too bad especially if you toast it with cream cheese, salmon w/balsamic glaze.
