These are sooo good. They toast up very well and have so much protein and fiber. I’m honestly shocked how much I love them. I thought they were a little pricey initially, but it fits in with how I want to eat and tastes so delicious. Also, I normally just need a half of a bagel with the rest of my breakfast, so a bag lasts me all week. I’ll be grabbing a pack every week now.

I have been on keto (now dirty keto) for over 3 years. Through this journey, I've tried some pretty terrible Keto breads, bagels, you name it. THIS bagel hit the mark! I don't experience that weird grainy texture as people describe. To me it feels like I am aeating regular bagel again, which I haven't had in years. I love to toast it with lox and cream cheese. I'm definitely sold on this brand!

If it were possible to assign zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. This company epitomizes deceit and deception to an extent I have never encountered before. Despite carefully noting the stated fulfillment time - "Orders are shipped out Monday through Wednesday within 1 to 3 days transit time. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to be processed and shipped" (which it still states) - I foolishly disregarded the numerous negative reviews and decided to take a chance. Placing my order on March 17th, I have persistently followed up, only to be met with a different excuse each time. On April 4th, I was assured that they were nearly caught up and that my order had been given priority, with promises of shipping during the week of the 21st. Today, however, I learned that there is still no sight of a shipping date, with confirmation that it won't be shipped this week or the next. If and when my order finally arrives, it will be two months overdue, marking it as the most repugnant business practice I have ever encountered.

I was thrilled when I found these bagels. The same protein content as my protein shakes? Yes please!! For $2.50 a bagel I figured I'd gladly pay that if I was out and about, and for a hearty breakfast I could swing it. I'm not keto or vegan, but I do have a dairy allergy which limits some fun breakfast items for me. The pros: VERY filling. I topped mine with an egg and canadian bacon, and it took me a hot minute to finish it Lots of toppings! Toasted well The cons: Very chewy- might be a turn off for some Did have that vaguely wheaty seitan aftertaste. If you are used to eating wheat protein, its not bad at all, but I do think thats the flavor some folks are getting upset by. Don't come pre-cut. Not a big deal if you refrigerate them, but would be if you freeze them. 33g of fiber is a LOT. Not for those who don't already have high-fiber diets. Personally, for my diet, I'd buy them again gladly. I could see how they aren't for everyone.

So excited to have found a keto bagel! The consistency isn’t 100% on point, but what do you expect?! Def worth the money and def close enough to the real thing if you are low carb. I recommend microwave a bit to defrost and then slice it and toast it.

These are very good and VERY filling. I toasted them and made a breakfast sandwich and it was a great bagel replacement. Loved that I can read every ingredient (&know it, too!) and the protein and fiber content is awesome. Would love to try their other products!

I loved everything about this product. I defrosted the bagel for two minutes in the microwave then toasted it. They are big so I could only eat half. The outside was crunchy and the inside was soft. It was a great texture for me.

I wanted to love these for the price and the protein but they had an off flavor and were chewy and not in a yummy bagel way. I tried with egg on top and cream cheese but the yucky flavor was still there. I’m an everything bagel lover but these just weren’t good. They toasted up nicely and seem soft and fluffy but once you start chewing it’s all downhill. At first I thought I was tasting like a sourdough flavor but then realized it wasn’t that flavor either just something off that I didn’t like.

I was shocked at how great these taste. But the texture did it for me the most. It was like a regular bagel. Usually healthier stuff has an aftertaste or weird texture but these don't. I hope they keep selling them!

Amazing!! Tastes like a regular bagel! So worth the money in my opinion. They are a little tough to cut when frozen but I popped it in the toaster over for a couple mins and then cut and it was much easier then toasted the other side. These are my new fixation food for sure

Well I honestly wanted to like these bagels but 1. They smell very strongly of garlic 2. They are VERY CHEWY! So that’s a nasty texture to have with cream cheese. 3. They make them way too big! Overall I would NEVER BUY THEM AGAIN!!! NOT FOR ME.

These are disgusting. They smelled good but they are so dry and they just don't taste good. I'm so disappointed. I could barely eat more than a couple bites.

Flavor wise these are good and taste just like a "regular" everything bagel. The texture is a bit different though. I personally couldn't eat a whole one. I felt too full after just half so I recommend only toasting half so you don't waste the other half because these are expensive. If you're still hungry after you can always make the second half.
