No direction on the bottle about how to take the tablet. I was prepared to swallow the tablet but shortly after placing it in my mouth the tablet dissolved. I was worried that I had taken the tablet incorrectly.

Tablets are powdery and soft. They dissolve in your mouth before you can swallow them. Disgusting chalky flavor. Felt nauseous after taking one pill.

i took once a day for a good two weeks until i started noticing that my stomach was EXTREMELY noisy (gassy) and bloated constantly. after i stopped taking them, everything went back to normal. i'm not sure if it's because they aren't coated? but that was an issue too since it dissolves as soon as you put it in your mouth, despite it being a pill you're supposed to swallow. wouldn't recommend.

The product works great, but I'm definitely taking a star away due to the packaging. Why in the world does the bottle need to be this large for such a small amount of product? I have no issue with the amount of product and it was labelled in a way that I knew the size of the tablet and the amount inside the bottle. I was still shocked to see the tiny amount of product in perspective to the bottle. I know up and up has similar products in smaller bottles. There's no need for this. It takes up so much room in the medicine cabinet and just seems like a waste of resources.

I always found this Biotin the best. The pharmacist recommended it with Kreatin, but I haven't found it with Keratin, My nails grew great, my hair was good too. Skin as well.

These were the highest dosage at a great price. Only downside is that the tablets are uncoated which makes them hard to swallow and they become powdery in your mouth in a matter of seconds

These worked very well for strengthening and growing out my brittle nails that were damaged from repeat gel manis. However, despite their small size, they are uncoated and very difficult to swallow. They often don’t go down the first try or get stuck at the top of my throat. Good budget option, but I won’t be repurchasing. Note that there is no evidence for biotin supplements helping with hair growth, so I wouldn’t bother with a biotin supplement if that’s what you’re looking for (lots of evidence for nail health!).
