A: I saw that too. Fish Oil...I guess in any more is an Omega fatty acid, but I was wondering about Tilapia in a Biotin supplement. Did you ever find out why?

It's a great product. Hair is shiny, fuller, no shedding (along with my bonding shampoo and conditioner) .people think my real nails are acrylic because they are soo strong now. Its a Great price. If you're face starts to break out just hang in there for another month. It's something like a purge. Your body needs to adjust to the vitamins. Eat with a little snack so you are not nauseous. I had a mini bald spot from ripping weaves out of my hair. after I started to include this into my hair routine and it peach fuzzed and began to grow back. Long story short, give this product 3 months before you decide it's not for you. Works great for me

Vitamins are clumped together I have bought from target before and did not have this same problem?!!!! I did have vitamin d that was sent similar all stuck together it’s weird and makes me wonder if they are expired and repackaged!!

I take this daily and just 60 days in, my nails are longer and stronger than ever. I’ve taken other hair, skin, nail supplements with biotin that never really did much. But this one is working! My nails never grow long because they’re so soft, they tear. Now they’re all strong and not bendy, so they’re able to grow beyond the nail bed. Definitely recommend.

I bought these a week ago. I lose my hair postpartum and wanted to try something to see if it’ll keep my hair stronger with less shedding. It’s too early to see results but I do like that they’re easy to swallow. I did get some acne… but going to add something to my skin regimen too see if it’ll help clear it up. So far they’re good.

Bought these in replacement of the skin hair and nails gummies and it's only day 3 and i'm breaking out in my forehead. I am prone to acne but thankfully I haven't had any breakouts for months. As soon as I take these i break out and my face just looks blah. I'm sticking to the gummies
