I have bought this product for YEARS! It had so many Florets, NOT STEMS. The last 2 I bought was ALMOST all Carrots and Broccoli stems. I won't buy again.

I too noticed a weird chemical taste while eating the carrots broccoli caluflower.blend. It's very pronounced in the carrots. I tried to eat them but became paranoid it would affect my health, so did not eat. I have two bags in the freezer to return. I generally love birdeye vegetables.

I bought this last month and went to make some tonight. The smell opening the bag was kind of chemical-like, and it tastes like that as well. Will not buy again.

I was very disappointed. I bought the giant bag of California Blend and the majority of it was carrots and they didn't taste that great. I was hoping for a better ratio and definitely more broccoli and cauliflower. There was hardly any. I have about half a bag left of just carrots now after picking through it to have a better ratio when making. I will not buy this again.

I tried the California blend instead of the broccoli that I usually get and the mix is like 70% carrots. I will not buy this blend again. Carrots are cheap. I will stick with the broccoli and add my own carrots.

The broccoli in this blend was horrible. It was all diced, tough pieces of only the stalk. This used to be my go-to frozen brand. I won’t buy this particular product ever again. I will freeze my own.

With the purchase of this product, I am so disappointed in the quality of this bag. There was such a large amount of carrots and broccoli stems in this, it was disgraceful due to the price. I will not purchase any additional birds eye vegetables unless I can see the contents. Due to the price of groceries, it is disappointing to waste the money when I expect a decent product. I decided to splurge and get name brand. Never again. I purchased the large bag of Birds Eye California blend. I opened the resealable bag and much to my dismay it was 90% carrots 5 % cauliflower and 5% broccoli crumbs. I was so excited to have what I thought would be decent frozen vegetables.
