A: Hi Rachel. It depends on the cleaning mode and how much water and formula you spray on the carpet during cleaning. Keep in mind it's concentrated and diluted with water.

A: The date codes stamped on the bottom of the formula packaging are the production dates (when that specific formula was made), they are not expiration dates. Unopened, we recommend 18 - 24 months. Opened we recommend 12 months.

I’m not sure why I’ve had such a negative experience compared to other reviews, but this cleaner smells AWFUL. It’s like a really harsh chemical smell and it made its way through my entire house. I had to buy another cleaner to use to get rid of the smell of this one.
