It cools the air down to 61 degrees Fahrenheit , dehumidifies up to 90 pints every 24 hours, and circulates air with 3 fan settings to stand up to summer heat in rooms up to 450 sq. ft. This air conditioner portable offers immediate, uninterrupted comfort with it's up and down auto air swing. Additionally, this personal air conditioner features easy-to-use LED electronic controls and is quiet while you sleep, 58dB on highest setting. This AC unit comes with four rolling castors and side carrying handles for easy-to maneuver mobile comfort and everything needed for an effortless installation. Window kit with this air conditioner includes foam seal, slider bracket, 5.9 inch diameter air exhaust hose, hose inlet and outlet, 2 locking screws and drain hose. Keeps a room, home, bedroom, apartment, dorm or garage comfy during the summer months when the heat sets in. Works in double hung or sliding windows only, no crank windows. To minimize noise and vibration, portable AC air conditioner should be placed on a firm floor. For safe and secure positioning, place the portable AC unit on a smooth, level floor strong enough to support the unit. For a better cooling, make sure all the windows and doors are closed. Connect the duct and make sure it can function properly. Also note that, mirco processor control delays the compressor from operating until 3 mins have passed. Thermostat range is from 61 degrees to 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Portable AC also includes easy to use LCD remote control (2 AAA batteries required for remote - not included). 115V~/60Hz. 1250 Watts. It really helps cool down our upstairs floor that doesn’t get great AC. It came with what looked like a couple flaws (sides weren’t entirely aligned) but it runs well so far. It was easy to set up so we are pretty happy with it!

We installed this Black and Decker......instantly we can tell a difference!!! Instantly colder with, with a harder blowing fan than other brands. Only con i can identify so far, i assumed the lufers automatically move by remote, there is a button on the remote.....but you have to manually mive them.
