I don't have any concerns yet. I bought it two weeks ago.

I just purchased this juicer(first juicer ever purchased). Tried it out making a celery juice something simple thinking it would be amazing. The juicer was very loud not quiet as stated on box and Manuel, poor quality as there is already some damage on bowl around juicer after one use. Also there is something loose in juicer bottom portion not sure what is loose or making noise honestly sounds like a marbel moving around. I’m very disappointed and saddened that I invested in this juicer and for a first time juicer person it wasn’t a great experience. Definitely do your research beforehand and don’t waste your money. Luckily I purchased the 2yr warranty with the juicer and I’m so grateful I did because of this. Usually I don’t purchase warranties but I hope to get a refund and I will happily send back juicer. Please remedy this situation and hope to find a resolution for this sooner rather than later.

I bought this to juice oranges, and it was very messy. The juice was flying everywhere. The reservoir that holds pulp spits out pulp it doesn’t seal correctly. Also juice flies out of the back end of it where the top fits on the main section of the appliance. Juice was everywhere on my counter my hair, my clothes it was a disaster

I have been juicing for over 25 years. This is by far the quickest, quietest and smallest i have ever had. It fits nicely in cabinet, easy to clean and operate and quiet. It does the job of the big one but faster. I actually purchased one for a friend as a wedding gift. I always tell people, you better clean it right after you use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Broke Immediately. Sent in a request to get it replaced or fixed. No one reached out, I have it sitting in my kitchen with rotting fruit, because no one has bothered to care. I guess I will just never buy anything from black and decker again.

I just bought this juicer and decided I needed to buy an extra cutter/strainer for it in the event that I might need one. I called the phone number that was in the owners manual and was informed that you cannot buy replacement parts for this juicer. Had I known that replacement parts are not available I would not have purchased this juicer even though I quite like it. Apparently this is a disposable juicer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the juicer about a month ago and I must say that this is a great juicer to use. It’s really not that quiet to me. I also didn’t care for how much pulp was still left over from the juicing after using. It was still a lot of juice in the pulps. This could be the average juicer for someone but I was expecting this juicer to completely juice the fruit and not leave any behind.

The kids love putting different fruits and veggies in. This has been a great way for us to get them to drink less sugary options. I like that it doesn't take up too much room on the counter top and it's also very easy to clean and assemble. This Juicer checks all the boxes.

The whole unit is quite small as compared to other juicers we have used in the past. So if space is an issue, this is a great juicer. Oh, and it works welll and is quiet too!

I love ow easy it is to operate, how quickly it works and how modular it is, making cleaning a breeze. I love that the spout rotate up to keep it from dripping when switching out cups. And even our 4 year old loves putting carrots in and watching the juice get made. I know one of the selling points is that it is quieter, but having never experienced a juicer outside of a jamba juice, all i can say it, its definitely quieter than those industrial ones they use in stores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This juicer is beautifully designed. It is easy to set up and feels like the right size, not too big or small which makes storing it away easy. It's powerful and not as loud as other juicers I've used. Doesn't take much force to push down the fruits to grind and juice. Cleaning it was easy especially since it came with a brush. I love the color of the juicer and it doesn't leave any stain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loud and clunky it is not! Black and Decker's Quiet Fruit and Vegetable Juicer is surprisingly lightweight and compact and quiet. Don't let the relative quiet fool you - this thing plows through the fruits and veggies neatly and efficiently. This morning I juiced half a bunch of celery (leaves included) with 2 cored (but unpeeled) Gala apples. The feed chute can accommodate 3 apple wedges side by side. In short order, my 2-cup Pyrex, which neatly fit beneath the spout, was nearly full. Foaming was minimal, about half an inch, and was easily incorporated into the juice with a quick little stir. The juice was bright and crisply flavored, and I was thankful that the juicer didn't make it overly warm. Cleanup is for the most part a breeze. The stainless steel cutter/strainer has an exceedingly fine mesh, so you will definitely want to use the included cleaning brush to completely remove any bits of pulp left behind. We compost the pulp, so there is truly zero waste for us. Juicing is a great way to use up cosmetically imperfect produce, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This juicer is so efficient; out of the box there were a few pieces to put together and I read the instruction book. After cleaning the juicer prior to use, I juiced lemons for lemonade! The longest part of the process was cutting the ends off the lemons. The blades and grinder made super quick work of the lemons. It’s truly amazing that the pulp goes into one container of the juicer and the juice comes out the other side! Head’s up that that there are some vegetables and fruits that aren’t recommended to put in the juicer. My next juicing adventure will be juicing oranges for orange juice! I did notice that this juicer is quiet compared to the job it does; the process is so quick that I didn’t even notice the sound. This juicer does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: -Definitely as quiet as it could be, quieter than my blender and coffee grinder and I don’t feel bad using it in the morning in my apartment -Relatively compact -Separate compartment that holds the scraps Cons: -Still turns itself despite non-stick feet. The motor makes it rotate so you just have to keep your hand on it -The spout where the juice comes out is an odd height. A pint glass doesn’t fit well below it. I ended up using a wide mouth pint mason jar -Was wrapped in a bunch of plastic wrap in the box that just seems wasteful -Pulp sticks to top of catcher so it’s a bit messy to clean Small changes could make this a perfect product! Excited to be able to make my own green juice now.
