I'm really enjoying the different fruit and vegetable combinations! I wash everything by hand (I don't have a dishwasher) and I haven't had any cleaning issues. I've used both filters and they work great. I love the large filter so that I can have pulp with my orange juice. I'm very pleased with the juicer and it makes the perfect amount for 1 person.

The item worked well the first time. I thought I had a winner finally, but the second time the noise came and the third noise and clogging. Had to return! I buy veggies in bulk so I can not listen to that noise and juice happily.

It’s honestly not that great. I’ve had it for about 6 months and should have just gotten a more heavy duty one. It’s SO LOUD and struggles with kale and apples. It actually does clog especially with grapefruits and oranges that I have to reverse frequently or take it apart, wash it, and then start over. I have so many ninja products and this one wasn’t it.

Constantly Clogs and unable to juice fruits properly

I was so excited about this juicer since it was advertised for its efficiency and "no-clogging" abilities. I've been juicing for years, and as a vegan, it's become an important part of my regimen, so I want to ensure I have a reliable juicer to aid with the process. Immediately, after the first use, I was extremely disappointed. The juicer constantly clogged and fruits got stuck in the tube. I also noticed the juice settling within the tube instead of being released. This juicer also struggled to juice fruits like cucumbers, which are full of moisture and should be easy to press. It kept making a weird sound when it clogged and experienced difficulty processing. I had to constantly stop to disassemble the parts to remove the stuck fruits. The pitcher also spills when you pour out the juice, which was super inconvenient and frustrating. The only positive elements are the sleek design and pulp control. I love the aesthetics and noticed it did a fantastic job eliminating pulp. However, if you're looking for a juicer to help increase productivity and reduce prep time, I wouldn't recommend this one because you will become frustrated with its inconsistent functionality.
