Q: There's no indication or light if the diffuser is on and working. Does it have different settings depending on how many times the on button is pushed?

A: Yes, the Black Terrazzo Essential Oil Diffuser has different settings based on how many times you press the power button: First Push: Continuous mist. Second Push: Intermittent mist (15-second intervals). Third Push: Turns the unit off. It will also auto shut off when the water runs out.

Please ensure you are using the power adapter included with the diffuser, and ensure you are not overfilling the basin (there is a max fill line visible inside the diffuser). Also, please ensure the item is on a smooth, hard, flat surface and that the fan holes on the bottom are free of obstruction. The diffuser worked okay when I bought it on September 30, 2024. Now on December 17, it does not let out a stream of mist at all anymore. It became weaker over time and does not put out anything anymore. I have taken it apart and put it back together several times and cannot get it to work anymore. Bummed out because it did not last even 3 months.

The first unit I bought worked wonderfully for two days. It made the room smell great and dispersed the oil very effectively. However, after those two days, it completely stopped working.I contacted customer service, who were responsive and sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement diffuser only worked for one evening. The following day, it wouldn't turn on at all.Overall, despite initially working well, both units I received had very short lifespans. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Love that this is small and quick to fill- scent is dispersed very well considering its size. I bought the EverSpring Essential oil to match my dish soap and textile refreshing spray of the same scent- now the home is completely cohesive smelling and it makes me OCD very happy! I put the diffuser in my kitchen on the end of the counter on the tray (also target) with our charging cords and utilize it for food smells and it works wonderfully!
