A: Hello Janice, please follow the following instructions and if they do not help resolve the issue you can reach us at customersupport@gemsfindyours.com for additional support/questions. Step 1 - Remove the top cover Step 2 - Remove the inner cover Step 3 - Add 100ml water up to Max fill line. Do NOT overfill or mist output may be low. Add 3-5 drops of oil. Step 4 - replace the inner cover, then replace the top cover Step 5 - Insert AC adapter connector into the front of the unit. Plug into a grounded wall outlet. Please note the power button has the following functions: 1st push - continuous mist 2nd push - intermittent mist (15-second intervals) 3rd push - turns unit off NOTE - unit will auto shut off when water runs out We hope this helps. Worked for a while and looks nice but the wood grain coating is sticky like glue after so many uses right where the lid connects and it’s GLUES it shut. I have to use all my strength to get it apart but now today I physically cannot get it to come apart.. had to throw it away. I have oil diffusers all over my home and none of ever done that.

Very cheaply made. Can’t even smell the essential oils and doesn’t carry the smell to the room- let alone the vicinity. You literally have to put your face right into tweete it’s blowing to even get a whiff.

I have 2 of these; one in my kitchen and one in my office (not home office). They work great. When I use esential oil in my office, people can smell it as they approach my office and my office smells great. The diffuser placed in my kitchen (much larger room than my office) works well also. I don't smell the essential oil througout my entire house but it works very well in the rooms I placed them in. This diffuser works as well as more expensive diffusers - why spend more?

I scoured the reviews on this item and I’ll tell you I was hesitant to purchase it at first, but my household was sick and needed some overnight relief from stuffy noses/sinuses. We are STILL using both of these diffusers months later. We only use distilled water in them, clean them out periodically, and always keep an eye on them, but we use these still religiously every night for both of our kids with NO ISSUE. I say if you’re looking for a diffuser, but don’t want to spend a lot, give these a shot. We did and we are so pleasantly surprised. Great quality and great “bang for your buck”!

I love the look of this; however, this was the second diffuser I bought from this brand within a week, and it does not work well. I have tried different essential oils and after about 10 minutes I don’t smell anything when I leave the bedroom for a while and come back in. I have had different brands of diffusers in the past and have not had this problem. I really wanted this to work.
