Blink Mini Pan-Tilt Alexa-Enabled Indoor Rotating Plug-In Smart Security Camera

This camera worked for maybe 12 hours and now I cant even get it to work at all. Definitely get a different brand.

I returned a defective security camera by sending it back UPS. I was notified it was received 3 weeks ago..I paid with a gift card. Have not heard back about new gift card,.

Camera will not turn on at all. I’m past the return date and I tried to work with warranty to get a replacement and they were no help.

Compact, easy setup, high-quality video, Alexa integration. Minor connectivity issues. Overall, affordable, reliable indoor security solution with smart features. Really good gift idea

Literally doesn’t turn on or work.

Does not work. Did not know that Target’s return window for this item was shorter than other items. Now stuck with unusable camera.

My camera has completely stopped working, it won’t power on. I just subscribed to the subscription a few days prior to the camera going “offline” and it’s not reconnecting to my home wifi. I tried to reset it and that function failed because the camera will no longer power on. No flashing/blinking lights, no movement, NOTHING! The thing i did actually like about the camera is that it was able to spin and do a 360 view of the room. & i could talk through the device. i purchased this camera some time around December 28th, On january 30th it shut off and won’t turn back on. I no longer have the box, to return or exchange it so we’ll see what BLINK is able to do with the “ ticket” i submitted for customer service support!

I was very surprised that she was able to setup and install the camera about her front door. She said it was very easy and it’s been working great. She wants me to get her couple more to put around her house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is great for viewing across a wide space, I have a large living room and using the pan and tilt features it is helpful to view around the corner and across the space when watching my dog. While it could be expensive it is also nice even if you don't need the pan tilt functions constantly to buy this rather than a fixed camera because you can just place it at the install and get the perfect fixed angle you want digitally, makes for a much simpler install.

This is for manually panning your camera via the app. For this purpose they work well. We use it in our toddler's room and it's great. Set up is easy and construction seems to be done well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blink Mini Pan-Tilt Camera is a nice home camera for anyone looking to monitor any rooms or activities within their home. Set up was pretty easy. The camera snaps into the rotating base allowing someone to use it however they see fit. I was able to easily turn it on, download the app and have it connected to my phone in a short time. I love how you can use the phone app to move the camera left and right or up and down. The video quality is very good and does give you a wide angle to view much of the room/area you have it in. The sound quality is pretty good as well and it does allow you to speak through the app and through the camera in the event you have to talk to anyone within hearing distance of the camera. The only thing I feel it was lacking was the ability to put anywhere. You do have to plug the camera in so a power source must be nearby. I may experiment with having it connect to a battery pack of some sort so I can add this to a high shelf in one of my rooms. Overall I like this camera and it's features. I would recommend it to anyone looking to add some video monitoring to their home.
