When I rub this cream thoroughly into my heels it helps relieve the pain. I still have quite a bet in the container after using it several times to relieve pain.

The first time I tried it I felt the cooling effect but the other times I left like I was putting on lotion. I’m going to continue to use it. I like that it’s not a strong cream but it did help relieved the foot pain I have.

Given the severity of my fibromyalgia, back pain, and knee pain and its claim of maximum pain relief I was hopeful. And I had never heard of blue emu before so I was intrigued. Although an unscented formula can typically be a plus, I found it to be ineffective due to the absence of that cooling, tingling menthol which is a key factor in pain relief for me. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I experienced any relief, despite using it on his neck and shoulder.

I have tried several and settled on one in particular, but always willing to see if anything works better. I very often have fairly severe muscle spasms on my neck and shoulders. I also have mild soreness in my lower back from time to time. I tested this out on a really bad spasm and was pretty unimpressed. It took the edge off but I didn’t get any meaningful relief. However, I did use it for soreness on my back and abdominal muscles and was pleasantly surprised that the pain went away really quickly. It’s definitely helpful for general tightness or soreness after exercise. I have not had any joint pain and do not have arthritis so I can’t speak on how helpful it is for those. I love that this doesn’t have that strong minty smell so many pain relief creams have.

This cream is supposed to help alleviate pain you may have in muscles and bones. It can be applied at any time during the day that you want. The packaging is pretty basic and has a cap to squeeze the product out. I felt some relief from sore muscles after use so I would say that it does help.

I also used it on my sons leg, he was having pain one night and as soon as I applied it he said it worked and fell back to sleep. It has a light scent and non greasy feel after applying it.
