I had to find someone to open it. Cap is too tight. The person I found had a hard time opening it.

The tube is almost IMPOSSIBLE to open. I tried everything and finally twisted it open with my teeth. Left some bite marks on the cap. Get a different size if you can.

Unbelievable that they still haven’t fixed the cap issue. I’ve wasted so much money on this product and can’t even use it when I actually need it. They should seriously consider issuing a recall, otherwise this is defrauding consumers. Irresponsible design.

I bought a 0.5 oz tube by mistake and it is impossible to open, no matter how hard I twist the cap it will not open. This is a waste of money, don't buy it!!

I never had a problem with this product until now. It's so tightly sealed I had to cut an opening at the bottom corner of the tube and I have to put it on a napkin so it won't go all over my dresser. Nothing but a mess now.

I have used Neosporin for many years, but this new tube with the wide cap is not working for me. PLEASE go back to the skinny dispenser top.

I forgot and bought Neosporin, as I forgot I literally need pliers to open it. I didn’t have any so I had to cut bottom off of tube. Seeing all these past comments it doesn’t seem like you’re going to fix that problem. The ointment itself is great. But if you can’t open it What’s the point of buying it.

The cap is somehow attached to the tube so that it is impossible to remove the cap without destroying the tube. For what this costs you would think opening the tube wouldn't be a problem.
