A: Original is unscented. I don't see any scent or perfume on the ingredients and it smells neutral.

I started using this morning and night and can't live without it. I'm 73 and know I have arthritis, but after using this, it doesn't bother me at all. I've recommended it to several older friends and my sister, who have real issues with arthritis and their pain has either diminished or disappeared. and inflammation was reduced. It's not just useful for arthritis - I use it on my face as a moisturizer and I've used it on a scar to minimize the scarring, and being blonde and light skinned, it's helped minimize sun damage from my youth. I'm a HUGE fan!

The only reason I gave this item 2 stars is because I liked the non-greasy formula and the fact that it didn't smell like overwhelming mint like the other brands I have used. Other than that it did absolutely nothing for my knee pain. I'll stick to Bengay and IcyHot instead.

Well I have to say it actually does give me some relief, but the ingredients are misleading! The pictures here and the description states aloe in the ingredients but when I receive my product, as other reviews have stated, Ella was not the first ingredient anymore so that needs to be fixed
