Q: how do you clear a jam? there are no instructions and the stapler got jammed as soon as I used it. there seems to be no way to open the stapler to clear out the jam 😕

A: Hello there. Thank you for your question. Slide out your gun’s pusher rod (the bar that extends along the magazine of your tool.) Unscrew the bottom attachment of the magazine and remove it from your gun. Check for stray staples and other blockages. Clear the jammed staples using needle-nose pliers. Once you find the issue and remove it, double-check your staple gun is still working correctly by firing a round of test staples into scrap material.

Jammed the second time I used it. Unable to open it to unjam it because the tops of the screws were entirely smooth so umpossible to unscrew/take out. Called the support phone line for the product as listed on this website, but when I told them it’s not a power tool they said they couldn’t help.

I was frustrated enough after buying this stapler to create a target account just so I could leave a 1 star review. Is needlessly confusing to use, Comes with no instructions, and jammed in first 30 seconds of use. Save your money.

I bought this in store with the Blue Ridge staples, which either jam or get smashed flat on wood as soft as pine. The gun is not comfortable and requires considerable force, so sometimes I would use two hands, but that had the effect of angling the front of the gun away from the project. I've only used this on one project and I'm not sure I would want to try it again.

I never leave reviews ever, but this "staple gun" has to be the single worst item I have ever purchased. Does not function as a regular staple gun would, no instructions included, indicates it takes a specific type of staples, bought the literal Blue Ridge brand of staples this gun takes, gun immediately jams. Terrible product, how this company runs any kind of operational business is beyond me. I cannot discourage you from buying anymore.

Worked great until it broke. Got a ton of people to try to fix it with me, was a lost cause. Ended up having to throw it out, which was really a shame because I specifically bought a metal one in order to be eco-friendly. I hate throwing money down the toilet, too.

The staple gun comes with absolutely zero information about how to load it, how to troubleshoot jams, etc. Fortunately I found YouTube videos about how to use the product and even after following those suggestions, there is absolutely nothing I can do to get this thing to work. It shoots one staple then jams. Why didn't I read the reviews beforehand? It's an absolute piece of junk.

I'd rate it no stars if possible. It doesn't work with 1/4 staples which is listed as the right staple directly on the packaging. It's faulty and a known issue. I returned it.

Doesn't accept 3/8" staples

Opened up and this is too narrow to accept 3/8" staples. I have a box of Arrow 3/8" (10mm) staples that I had no problem using in my old staple gun. This one is bizarre/doesn't seem standard.

there are no instructions and the stapler jammed the first time I used it. they tell you to call their number for help but I called twice and they said their office was closed. why does the brand not have a website or videos that shows you how to use their product? idk. not a great brand. wished I had gone with a better one

You pay for what you get. You get a quality stapler without the extra cost of usage directions. I’ve never used a staple gun before and I hadn’t read the reviews. After a few moments of trying to figure it out. I used common sense. The dial on top righty tighty lefty loosy. Turn right for staple to go deeper but you need to hold stapler steady and use force. Turn left for less deep and without a lot of force. As far as loading.. I’m not an expert so I tried to attach pictures.

It said on the box that it would take 1/4" staples so that's what I bought with it and wouldn't you believe it thay don't fit

This item came with no instructions! We got 2 staples out and then it jammed! I shouldn’t have to call customer service or watch YouTube to figure this thing out! Also must staplers come with at least one row of staples. Aggravated!

Absolutely terrible. Worked for all of 10 minutes and then the staples stopped coming out of the gun and no matter how many times we reloaded and took it apart
