Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Flaxseed.

THE BEST FLAX! I love to buy whole flax seeds and grind them down myself so I get a really, really fine consistent flax meal out of them (which can be hard to find). Bob's makes it easy to buy organic whole flax seeds and I never have to worry about them in terms of not being fresh. They are always so full of flavor! I keep these in the fridge in a bottom drawer, then when I need to make a batch, I just grind the seeds down in my Vitamix to a fine flax meal, store in a colored glass mason jar, and keep it in the fridge. I use flax on top of oatmeal every single day! I use Bob's oatmeal of course, and it makes a fantastic source of fiber. It's also tasty in smoothies and fabulous mixed into slightly frozen Greek yogurt (freeze for an hour in the fridge before eating) -- especially when topped with cinnamon!

I use no other put in anything salad , yogurt , so healthy

The flax seeds are great- I grind a small portion every morning and have it with my breakfast cereal. Taste geat!

I love these flaxseeds, I grind them down and sprinkle them on everything from oatmeal to salads and soups to get extra fiber and protein. I also use them to make flax eggs for vegan recipes.

Great quality and while crushing them for use in baking allows for better absorption of nutrition, I like them in their whole form for breads and other baking treats.
