Purchased this pan as a gift for my husband and we are both fans of Bobby Flay. Immediately noticed a huge improvement in even distribution of heat and the way the food crisps up in this pan. Now I think I might want ALL the Bobby Flay cookware collection. Ha ha. Very good pan. Very satisfied customer.

I really love kitchen "gadgets" so I was extremely amped up waiting on this pan to arrive and it did not disappoint! (And has not disappointed since!) It is impossible not to notice how sleek and stylish the pan is when unboxing, although was really surprised and how heavy it was, which isnt a bad thing, the pan is very durable Everything I have made has been evenly cooked due to the stainless steel, and I have not had ONE single stick issue and it's amazingly easy to clean due to the nonstick ceramic finish! Not to mention it has a glass lid with a perfect fit if I need to simmer, retain heat or just cover! I love it. I use this pan almost daily and ai have added one more to my growing collection so far! If you're in the market for durable, efficient and budget (and cooking and cleaning) friendly.... then in my opinion this is the pan for you!

The absolute best set of cookware I’ve ever used! To be able to prepare foods in a more healthy way and doing so without cooking with excessive oils or non-stick sprays is the best! And most of all, this cookware DOES NOT COST AN ARM AND A LEG!!!

Nice pan. Heavier than the one it's replacing, but it has steel in it. The handle is also less-comfortable than the one on the pan that's being replaced. The squared-off edges are not good for arthritic hands. So far, so good, as far as cooking with it is concerned.

We’ve been using this for a little over a month without anything sticking. This pan is very easy to clean and although it’s on the bigger side, it’s great for any meal.

I have used Green Pan cookware for over 5 years and love it. Just purchased the Bobby Flay stainless and non-stick set for my son as a housewarming gift. He is concerned about plastics and chemicals in food and the environment and loves using both the stainless pots and the non- stick fry pans. I bought him the pan protectors and utensils as well and he was very happy with everything and is enjoying having a great quality set of cookware.

Good looking pan! I can't wait to use it. I am even thinking about looking into buying more pieces from that line.

It came all scratch up inside has if used. Got another was the same.

Absolutely love these pans. I was concerned about my other non stick pans with the coating always coming off. Looking for something healthier and made well. These do not disappoint. Even heat, cooks beautifully and the food just slides off the pan. My daughter tried them yesterday and now she wants a set.

I use it for pancake and egg breakfasts in the mornings, pasta dinners, stir-fry, searing meat, the list goes on. It takes about 90 seconds to warm up and is ready to use; the whole pan heats up very well on my gas stove. I’ve cooked nearly every meal in this pan over the last month and I can tell it’s made very well, I’ve had no issues with nonstick and it is so easy to clean. Can’t wait for the whole collection!
