This is a very nice knife. I like the weight and the handle. It is sharp, but it's not as sharp as I'd hoped. Great for cutting vegetables, not the best for trimming meat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two things first : I love Santoku knives and Bobby Flay. These did not disappoint! The knives have a good grip and sharpness. I hand wash all my knives so they last. I don't know how they do in a dishwasher as I didn't try. I cut vegetables every day for our meals and was impressed by the ease of these knives. I'd highly recommend.

The knives are gorgeous. Very well made and have a nice weight to them. The block however looks cheap and doesn't match the quality of the knives, same for the scissor. So the overall look could be better.
