Please don't waste your money on this item. Worked well for the first few days then started spinning erratically and battery cover does not stay on no matter how i place it.

This is a great device for foaming milk as well as mixing drinks. This is a better quality than the original black one I bought 3 years ago. The black one cracked when I dropped a few times. This newer stainless steel one is more sturdy and complements my Delonghi espresso machine.

Less powerful than the $2 whisk I previously had from IKEA. If you so much as touch the whisk to the bottom of the cup it will stop. It seems to take forever to get things mixed and/or foamy.

We recommend making sure the frother does not come into direct contact with your cup or pitcher, as this can stop the whisk from rotating due to obstruction. For best results, use the SCHIUMA with 2-4oz of cold milk or milk alternative, submerging the tip of whisk near the bottom of the cup or pitcher and then, once activated, gently raising and lowering the frother for approximately 30 seconds for optimal aeration. I should have learned the first time I’ve purchased this product, don’t waste your money. I’ve used it maybe 8 times and stopped working all together . It’s passed the 90 days I can’t return it but I’m not happy, Target should not sell such an unreliable product

The frother spun for less than second and stopped. I thought I was doing something wrong so I kept playing with it. Then I noticed it was getting hot. I went to take the batteries out and the lid burned my finger. I'm glad I didn't throw it in a cabinet because I'm worried it could have started on fire!

Stopped working after 2 weeks. I barely used it and now the lid keeps popping off and it won't froth at all. Such a huge waste of money. Wish I listened to the reviews and didn't buy it.
