Purpose
Relieves Muscle Pain & Stiffness, Swelling Form Injuries, Discoloration From Bruises..Uses
minor injuries, overexertion, falls., pain, swelling, discoloration.Directions
Turn tube upside down. Twist until 5 pellets are dispensed. Remove cap and pour pellets under the tongue.Adults and Children
At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.Other information
Do not use if glued carton end flaps are open or if pellet dispenser seal is broken.Inactive ingredients

I usually take ibuprofen straight away when I'm in pain. I first learned about Arnaca tablets when traveling thru Ireland in 2008. Had a fall which caused gash on forehead. Bruises very ugly and young Irish women introduced me to this very necessary tablet which I used there and back home since.
