First night stress from work and slept only 3-4 hours and second night only couple hours because I can't stop thinking something. Maybe too much screen time before sleeping and I should be tired and brain frog the next day. However, I tried this medicine and it seems relieved my stress and I was still ok through the day and I slept better last night.

I ended up getting the Coffee Cruda to help with some sleeplessness that I’ve been experiencing. The first night I slept through the whole night after days of not being able to sleep through the night. It truly worked great! Then my spouse ended up getting food poisoning and we used the Arsenicum Album and it really helped alleviate the cramping. Love being able to utilize natural alternatives for issues instead of using pharmaceuticals.

I fall asleep fine, but once I wake later in the night, I'm often doomed to lie awake for hours. I've tried this brand for different homeopathic medicines, but never for sleeplessness. It really seems to work! I'm even atad groggy in the morning, so I'm sleeping in a little longer. I'm finally getting 8 hrs! I know homeopathy is a controversial topic, but I'm a believer, and this product seems to do wonders for me without taking drugs or melatonin. It's priced well, easy to find, easy to take, and tastes just fine. I'm really happy I tried it.
