I ended up getting the Coffee Cruda to help with some sleeplessness that I’ve been experiencing. The first night I slept through the whole night after days of not being able to sleep through the night. It truly worked great! Then my spouse ended up getting food poisoning and we used the Arsenicum Album and it really helped alleviate the cramping. Love being able to utilize natural alternatives for issues instead of using pharmaceuticals.

I fall asleep fine, but once I wake later in the night, I'm often doomed to lie awake for hours. I've tried this brand for different homeopathic medicines, but never for sleeplessness. It really seems to work! I'm even atad groggy in the morning, so I'm sleeping in a little longer. I'm finally getting 8 hrs! I know homeopathy is a controversial topic, but I'm a believer, and this product seems to do wonders for me without taking drugs or melatonin. It's priced well, easy to find, easy to take, and tastes just fine. I'm really happy I tried it.

This sleep product didn’t work at all for me. I tried it for the second time last night and I’m exhausted this morning from not sleeping. Other than being tired this morning, there are no other negative side effects.

When I found out that Coffea Cruda was an option - I was on board to trying it! Who would have thought that something made from coffee could help with sleep. Well, this does! I can't wait to see if the effect last long term but I'm so happy with my first few nights of sleep.

For over a year, I've been using Coffee Cruda to help me go back to sleep after waking during the night. Melatonin 10mg doesn't work for me. I feel safer taking these pellets than any OTC sleep remedy or Rx drug. No side effects, no unknown chemicals, no risk of an overdose, safe for children.
