Lately, I purchased the one for post nasal drip (Hydrastis)and it seems to quickly clear me out very well. This is used for "relief of occasional nasal congestion, excess mucus, and scratchy throat associated with post-nasal drip" according to their website. I also use one for sleep (Coffea Cruda and Sleep Calm), nerve pain (Hypericum), general pain (Arnica) and muscle cramps (Mag Phos). These products are a vast improvement over conventional OTC ones. Some work better than others for me, but you might have different results using the choices offered. These are meltaway tiny tables that dissolve under your tongue so my swallowing issues do not come into play. Quality ingredients and no harmful chemicals, preservatives, artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors. I will keep purchasing the Boiron products and recommend them to anyone concerned about a number of issues including harmful ingredients which can destroy your health.
