To keep cold, you can put ice on either compartments; keep warm, put hot water. It is nonslip and fits in the car cupholder. But I still put it in a neoprene bag/holder because the finish is so pretty, I don’t want to mess it up.

Throw it in your pump bag or diaper bag and have fresh cold milk. Great for an airplane. It’s interesting because it can be used for a changing amount of ounces of milk.

When add ice to the bottom of outer chamber and fill water to fill line as instructed, inner chamber will no sir flat to securely screw into place as pictured. No matter what I tried it did not work and who wants to mess with that when dealing with their breast milk. Then after unscrewing and screwing back on the orange lid a few times the paint began to wear away at the opening. I wouldn’t want anything to end up in my breast milk. Just would not recommend.
