Breast Milk Storage Bags - up&up™

As a mom who has been breastfeeding for over 2 years now, I've tried a lot of different breastmilk storage bags. I can honestly say that these bags are one of the better ones I've tried, and are comparable to other more expensive ones. The tops were easy to rip off which is great when you're tired and just want to get back to bed after your pump. They seem pretty durable and have held up in my fridge and freezer fine. 6oz was the perfect size for me as that's what I average out in a pump session. The tops had a spot to write the time pumped too which was nice, breastmilk has different composition based on which time of the day you pump. My favorite part about these are that they stood upright, made it easy to pour and I liked that you could lay them flat to store in the freezer. As a mom of three, I was excited when I was given these breastmilk storage bags as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I loved that they were a smoother material. They have helped save freezer space by being able to lay flat. The stand to pour feature is decent but requires both hands and is not super sturdy when the bag is empty. As I often have a child in my arms, pouring milk into the bag is not easy. I do wish the bags were a little larger as my baby consumes more than 6 ounces per bottle and requires me to thaw out multiple bags. However, the bags do a great job at storing breastmilk and would recommend for affordability.

As a working mom of 4, ease of use / practicality is critical. These milk storage bags have been wonderful for pumping at work. Key to me is that they open easily for pouring and they stand up sturdily so they don't tip over and spill. I particularly like that the bag is completely clear - very easy to see measurements, milk, etc. Freezes flat very well. This was a sturdy and easy to bag to open for me to use for storing my breast milk. I like the style and it froze well while keeping my milk frozen for my stash of breast milk. These bags leak constantly and when frozen and defrosted they tear easily. I would not recommend this brand at all!

I’m a second time mom and this is also my second time pumping milk. Stellar Product Testing Panel sent me these storage bags to try out and they did the job! I did try pumping directly into the bag and while it was nice not having to transfer from bottle to bag, it did seems like the measurements were a little off. I did like how these bags laid flat to freeze and because the bags are somewhat thinner it seems like they take up less space than others I’ve used. I’m hoping for no leaks (none so far!) and I’m happy with the quality of these bags.

They are not only a great price but are also durable, user friendly, and can hold up to 6 fluid ounces. I also liked the size of the write on area, making it easy to notate name, date, and amount. I also always look for a star age solution that offers a flat freezing feature which these do, making it easy to store them in my freezer. I would definitely recommend these!

I received the Up & Up Breast Milk Storage bags from Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was so excited to try them and see how well they worked, and whether or not they were durable. First off I noticed the eye appealing bag and large area to write all of your breastmilk information such as date, time of day, volume, and name for daycare purposes. It allowed for plenty of room to write what you need on the bag, and not be super tiny where you can hardly read what you wrote when you go to use the breastmilk. They come in 6 oz bags which I think are the perfect size, any bigger could be too much and any smaller could be too small. It makes it versatile to allow you to choose how full you want the bags to be. I also really liked that each bag came sealed so that you know it has had nothing else in it. The bags are pretty durable, and make it nice to lay flat and freeze for easy breastmilk storage. I do think however, that you have to hold the bag just right to pour breastmilk out of the bag to keep it from spilling while pouring. The zipper can be tricky every once in a while, but nothing super frustrating. Most of all my favorite feature of the breastmilk storage bags was that I really liked the flat freezing feature of the bags. It made it very easy to freeze and stack. It helps save a lot of space in the freezer and I did not have to worry about them falling over after I stacked them. Overall I would definitely recommend these bags and will be purchasing them in the future. If you are looking for a space saving bag these are a great option!

I received the Up & Up Breast Milk Storage Bags through Stellar Product Testing Panel and what I love the most about these bags is how flat they lay in my freezer! The bags allow for a maximum of 6 oz which is more than enough space for me because I store 5 oz of breast milk in each bag. It’s double sealed and easy to remove air which reassures me my milk is contained well. I’m used to only one brand of breast milk storage bags, so this wonderful opportunity to try out the Up & Up bags was very pleasing. I received this breastmilk storage bags from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This is my second baby and I tried a few other brands with my first, but they always had issues closing/sealing properly. Not these bags! They are extremely easy to open, hold open with one hand while pouring, and then close securely while pressing air out. No leaking! They are also an extremely convenient size and shape for freezing and storing. They lay flat very well and the resulting frozen milk can stack neatly in a larger ziploc, instead of being some awkward shape that’s hard to store in bulk. Definitely will be purchasing more when I run out.

I received up and up milk bags through the Steller product testing panel. I love these bags. Other brands are a thick harder bag. These are a pliable plastic so they lay flat in the freezer and they just feel more safe for my liquid gold. I also like they have them split in half and the bag holding the bags has two openings. This way I can travel with one and use the ziplock opening and I can keep one home and use the easy pull opening. There is nothing I dislike about these. Even the price is amazing.

I love the look and design of these Up and Up breastmilk storage bags! They were very durable. I also loved that the bag held a full 6 ounces (even though pictured is only 4!) I tried many times and six does great! The large write on label at the top was nice and I was able to have a clear area to write important info! They lay flat which is a must have and it helped create space in my freezer-game changer! My favorite feature is that it does not leak at all with the double zipper when laying flat or thawing! Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me these bags. These bags are thoughtfully designed and surprisingly durable. The large write-on label at the top was helpful. It's nice to have lots of room to jot down the date and amount without having to squish all my letters together. They didn't tear or leak during use, which is critical when dealing with something as precious as breastmilk- every drop counts! They easily freeze flat without the need to buy additional gadgets to squeeze them flat while in the freezer. The Up & Up brand bags save so much freezer space compared to bags that freeze into awkward shapes. My favorite feature would have to be the combination of durability and leak-proofing. Knowing that the milk was safe and secure made these bags a reliable choice for daily use. Overall I'd recommend these to any mom looking for an affordable, functional and well designed breast milk bag.

I received these as part of a stellar testing panel. I thought that I was going to like these more because they felt thinner and I thought they would store easier. They were more difficult to hold and fill because they are so thin. I have not unfroze a bag and used it yet, but I fear that they are so thin they may not hold up as well and have some leaks from being tossed around. It was more difficult to get the air bubbles out of these because they were so thin. When they froze they froze not so flat and kind of bubbly.

I was given this breastmilk storage bags to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I tried these bags for a couple of weeks for breast milk storage. While I like that they lay flat for freezing and save freezer space, I found them to be quite flimsy and hard to fill. The opening of the bag and thin material made it hard to fill the bag without the milk spilling. They do hold a good amount of milk and are easy to write on, but given the flimsiness of the material I would not purchase them again. I also found that they leak more than others I have tried. I wanted to love these because I love the Target brand, but I prefer a sturdier bag that can stand or lay flat and is easy to fill.

Alrighty so I got to try these out thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I have to say I am a HUGE fan. The ease of use was incredible and a must for a first time mom like me. It helps save you the headache of an extra step because you can surprisingly pump directly into the bags with your pump. They freeze completely flat to save space and are easy to fill/pour. Capacity is on par with other name brands I’ve used. Also a fan of the cost. Think these are actually very wallet friendly for long term use as well - WIN! Seriously my only hope would be that they made a reusable version

I have been using milk storage bags for the past 6 months! I usually receive them through my insurance, but I was happy to try these by Up&Up! My favorite thing about these bags is that they are a slim rectangular shape so they’re super easy to store in the fridge or lay flat in the freezer. I also LOVE the bag that the storage bags come in. It has a perforated opening which makes it easy to pull one milk storage bag out while keeping the others sanitary. This is huge. The only things I didn’t love were that some of the plastic from the bag is fraying so it worries me that pieces could get into my LOs milk. Also, there’s no easy pour spout. As a nursing and breastfeeding mom, I am very familiar with different milk storage bags. I received these bags as a part of the stellar product review panel. I did feel these bags were competitive with other brands and did the job well. The bag itself is good quality and holds up to 6 oz. My only complaint is when I needed to reclose the bag after pouring the breastmilk in, the zipper was a little bit difficult to close. Other than that, these bags were great! They also freeze well.

These are easy to use and I love the large writing space for milk details, volume/date/etc. However 9 out of 10 bags I used had a slow drip leak from the first zip closure when laid flat to freeze. If you don’t need to lay flat you’re good to go! They’re lightweight material and can hold 6 ounces.

As a mom of two this is my second time around pumping and storing milk. Both times I have used these bags and really like them. I love the amount of information included in the label and it’s super easy to write on— making it great for daycare as it includes the necessary information. The bags are durable and easy to fill (I can hold the bag in one hand while pouring the milk with the other and have yet to spill! HUGE plus with my Velcro baby!). Design is simple and tab is easy to rip off. These bags hold 6 oz, I wish they had an 8 oz option as I do the pitcher method and like to freeze more at once. With that said, the 6oz allows them to lay and freeze flat, making stacking and storing MUCH easier. My favorite feature about these bags is how easy it is to hold, squeeze air out and seal them.
