I'm not sure what happened with the picture on the online website but it makes this cover look blueish/grey. It's definitely a white background and not colored at all, a little bummed about that because stains, but the material is great!

I love this cover. I received it as a gift when my son was born. It fits great and the fabric is really pretty. But the real reason why I am writing this review is because of the great customer service. I had a problem with another cover and they sent me a replacement. They were super kind and helpful. We use images of our covers on the pillows to show how they would look on the pillow. If it says Boppy Feeding and Infant Support Pillow, then that purchase would include the Slipcover and Pillow!
