Alternatively, if you're connecting the earbuds to your device for the first time, open the case and wait until the status light starts to glow. Then remove the earbuds; once you've removed them, they're ready to connect.

Good: super comfortable (I have unusually small ears and this is nearly impossible), sound quality is really good and noise cancelation is excellent. Bad: the stability bands come off and twist too easily. I've lost 2 due to this, and it will also effect the charging if they are twisted wrong. Also, one earbud has stopped working after only a few months, but I'm outside of the return window, so I can't do anything about it. Super frustrating. They also don't connect everything i get them out and have to troubleshoot too often. May just be my pair.

The sound quality and battery life are wonderful! However, the earbuds are very sensitive. There is an out-of-ear auto-pause feature that cannot be turned off. Unfortunately, when I bend down or tilt my head, the earbuds sense this as out-of-ear and automatically pause. Additionally, the touch controls are quite sensitive. Even the touch of my hair often causes the earbuds to pause.

I bought them a few weeks ago and am having the issue as others have had: the buds randomly disconnect even when the battery life for both is in the 90's. I also want to figure out if there's a way to mute the voice that tells me how much battery life is left. I'm using these to sleep, so they're very comfortable, but the voice wakes me up.

So, the QC's fit better, feel better and sound better. My only gripes are not with the earbuds, but with the phone app. The app tells you the charge level of the earbuds, but not the charging/carry case. It would also be nice to be able to make more than one custom EQ setting.

They’re comfortable, and stay in my ears. I can’t communicate with Siri through them, but that’s minor. I’d buy them again and would recommend them to friends. I would like to be able to purchase a case that has some sort of lever that has to be pushed in order to ensure it doesn’t open on its own. Maybe there is one, but I haven’t found it.
