Poor Tech & Worse Customer Service
Bose TECH Sucks!! The earbuds are fine if you don't want ANY CONTROL without picking up your phone. They "updated" their app, although I should say "downgraded." You cannot define buttons on the earbuds to do the most basic things! You have to use voice control!! But what if you're in an environment where you can't speak! The only thing Bose does well is transmit sound, if you want ANYTHING related to the transmision of that sound (i.e., raise or lower volume, change sound filters, start or stop a phone call) forget it! I vow to never buy a Bose product again!! OH yes! And the customer service is worthless! They didn't even know there was a software update! Shameful!!!

These are the best airbuds I ever had, they have the best noise cancelling I ever tried, they do listen pretty clear, jus the best ones. I don't nothing negative to say about these master pieces.

These earbuds are extremely uncomfortable. The oblong shape of the ear piece stretches the ear uncomfortably. The earbuds are NOT noise canceling. I can still hear everything going on around me. It is distant, but very clear.

Comfy frustration ally
Sound quality and comfort are fine when they connect. You have to connect to the app for any of the tap features outside of answer and hangup to work (no mute option) and half the time it doesn't even connect to the app! I miss my old bose headphones that were simple and easily connected to devices. They are far more comfortable than any other earbud, but 100% NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR THE FRUSTRATION

Not worth the price
The battery life is sub par compared to cheaper brands. The user interface is probably the worst I’ve come across. A real bummer for my first Bose purchase. Was expecting more. The sound is great but not that much better to sacrifice the overall better quality of competition.

Not useful as a sleep aid
First Bose product I have been unhappy with. I use noise cancelling earbuds for sleep. I was using a really old pair of WIRED Bose earbuds until they failed. These new earbuds, while doing a decent job of noise canceling, are -too bulky to sleep with (side sleeper) -the LARGE stability bands prevent the earbuds from seating properly in the case. What's up with that? ---Took me almost a week to figure that out. -the touch controls seem to activate on their own, challenging when you are trying to sleep. -touch options are too many and too complex -don't stay put in my ears while I am trying to sleep I would sooner spend money on trying to get the old wired ones fixed than continue with trying to figure out how these new ones work.

sensitive touch controls, otherwise great purchase
I bought these as a self-gift for finishing exams, and am so happy to upgrade from my old / broken airpods. I think the noise cancellation is top notch, they're comfortable to wear for hours at a time, and battery life seems good too. Only downside are the super sensitive touch controls, I still don't know what the commands are or how to disable them. If I scratch my ear or adjust the way they're sitting while I wear them, they'll either power off, stop my music, or end my call entirely. I don't want to download the app every time I want to use my headphones just to know what random touch control might be set off by my normal usage. Though I'd still recommend them as a good purchase.

Purchased my Bose comfort earbuds 4weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the results. Noise cancellation is amazing and they are so comfortable to wear. Life Changing
Unfortunately I have to travel on the tube several times a week with people who think that it’s ok to play their phones out loud. Thanks to these little beauties other people’s noise no longer bothers me. It’s a shame we live in a world where people are so inconsiderate that I need these but there you go.

Absolutely not
Performance was unbelievably awful. Used these for a couple of weeks and it constantly struggled to pair with my phone and when it did only the left earbud would work. I’d leave the buds in the case to charge and it would automatically connect to my phone. Cherry on top of the cake, the sound quality was poor. Every person I spoke to mentioned how far away I sounded or they could barely hear me.So sad because in my experience, I’ve never had an issue with Bose over ear headphones but these earbuds are a completed dud.
