airpods are good, but the adverising for apple misic trial is misleading.

Target advertised this would come with a 2 or 3 months of Apple Music. Since we are a returning Apple Music subscriber it was supposed to be two months. The emailed code always says we are not eligible. Just be warned

Got fake airpods

Ordered this for in store pick up and long story short: received a counterfeit product which was confirmed by apple. Beware of apple products from target. Store members and customer service insinuated that i should have unboxed the product in store in front of staff to ensure it’s a legitimate product. After unboxing, it looks like someone glued the box back together and returned for me to purchase

Apple still designs products for themselves.

Designed to get lost. The tracking tech on the case is WAY better than previous generations- the ability to play the “warmer/colder” game is great addition… But the fact that they can’t squeeze a(reliable) version of that tech into the buds, and they maintain that hooks are not necessary (even as an accessory), means you still have a device that falls out of your ear constantly, and when you’re too tired, too busy or fail to notice when it falls out, you’ll find yourself replacing buds every 6 months instead of every 3. Apple products are not designed for ADHD people w messy lives (ironic, because that’s a lot of creative people..) Have purchased aftermarket hooks (too cumbersome to get on/off to charge in some situations- find myself not using) and airpod “keeper” on my watch (no help when it’s late at night, and watch is charging in the other room..) Noise cancelling on the mic is still not fixed. Sometimes I have to switch to speaker Because people can’t hear me. Battery life is about 4.5 hrs per bud (I use one at a time, so I can keep charging while NPR is in my ear…) I get that you can’t have everything, but for $250, you should get more. (At least I can use the extra cases I acquire every 6 months for smarter tracking devices for other items!)

Love the easy process of order on line and pick up same day! Love the AirPods as the sound quality and noise cancellation is amazing! Comfort is great, although mine do loosen and fall out when working out. This is not a Target issue, but an apple one, but very disappointed that there is no charging cord with this item as I do not have this type of charger and for the price, a cord should be included! I'm giving the value a 4 star because of no cord! And I bought these to replace the Apple Airpods Pro 2 as they quit wroking after only 2 years. So the longevity of the Pro 2 series was unsatisfactory.
