This feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth, the other will automatically take over. So far, not impressed with the noise cancelling at all but... I may not be using properly. It certainly is not as good as my Bose headphones, perhaps I'm expecting too much from them. Also, it would be great if there could be an option to turn off the touch sensitivity.

I bought these headphones a few days ago the truth is that from the design they make me very nice and elegant at the same time, I can also say that they sound very good, they have an excellent sound quality besides that it can be customized from the bose app, I have the "diamond edition" and my mom the "smoke white" also has to configure the language, I am from Mexico so my mother tongue is Spanish, so if your native language is not English it also has to configure the Voice addresses in other languages, I do not have a day with them and I have loved them, I recommend them 10. 👍😃

I never realised quite how far earbuds had progressed with sound quality after using AirPods for five years. Full base, clarity is awesome, noise cancelling is a new experience but very welcomed. My only gripe is the wind noise when walking Ruins the experience somewhat

Suddenly, all the annoying noises disappeared. I purchased the previous version, Bose Quiet Comfort 2 and got this in replacement because the previous one stopped working. I was already satisfied with the noise cancelling of the previous ice.

Major improvement over the previous generation. Though, the screens protecting the drivers tend to get clogged easily. Not a big issue, as they are easy to clean. Otherwise my only suggestion would be to offer more designs and colors for the tips and guards! There are a lot of aftermarket options for this and I wish it was available from the start with Bose.

I had these as a Christmas present and although the sound quality is good, they don’t go very loud. I have a previous model of Bose earbuds and they are much louder. I still use my older earbuds.
