The Boudreaux's Original Strength Butt Paste has 16% Zinc Oxide and the Boudreaux's Maximum Strength Butt Paste has 40% Zinc Oxide. This stuff is magic. My babe was admitted in the hospital for a week and whatever cream they were putting on him made him get an even bigger rash. When we got home, we used this butt paste and no exaggeration the rash was gone in a day. Magic. 5/5

WOW, just WOW! I am extremely amazed at the effectiveness of this product. My little one had a “moderate” (said the doc, but me as an anxious first time mom thought it was horrible!) diaper rash at a few weeks old. The doctor recommended desitin, which I purchased without a second thought. I used as directed, and after a few days I wondered why nothing seemed to be improving. Then I looked at the ingredients. Fragrance, Talc??? Are we really still using talc in products, especially those formulated for use in infants?! I searched for a safer alternative using EWG’s database and came across this product. O M G. My baby’s rash started improving by the next day and completely cleared up in a couple of days. I could not believe how well this worked! I recommend this to any parent to have on hand.

This rash cream works great. My daughter has a bad rash from diarrhea and this is the only cream thick enough to stick on the peeling skin. The redness and bumps went away overnight and the broken skin is starting to heal nicely. It does have a scent but it isn’t overpowering or super unpleasant. It’s not hard to clean off the skin either. We will continue to buy this brand to treat rashes

Alone it did not help the diaper rash and was difficult to wipe off. Aquaphor alone did not help either. But TOGETHER (aquaphor first then this stuff) was amazing at clearing diaper rashes and made it easier to wipe off.

My son got a horrible rash (with pimples) all on his butt crack from this product. The texture is thick and sticky. Definitely be careful and keep an eye on your little one bottom if you buy this.

I’m a mother of 4 and tell me why I never knew the best diaper rash ointment is Vaseline. Yup, 22 years later. So save your money! What works best for my 2 year old is the Stater Bro off brand and spatulas are found at the Dollar Store or Amazon. You’ll thank me later ☺️

My baby has a rash and after reading the reviews on here I got this one to try for the first time and I put it on once and in a couple hours my baby’s rash got so much worse. I will definitely not buy this ever again. Beware.
