Nice heavy book ends. They have an old world look to them that I love. I was impressed by the weight and quality of them. They are very well made and have a high end look. I love that the design of them allows you to place a plant or other decor item at ends as well. Definitely a very versatile bookend. Highly recommend!

These are beautiful. They add the perfect touch of brass to my bookshelf. They are unique and the quality is great.

I typically enjoy Hearth & Hand products, but these bookends don’t live up to the expected quality. I grabbed these in an order pick up, and fortunately looked in the bag before I left the parking lot. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the bottom of one of the book ends was disgustingly moldy and damage from that was spreading to the metal base. Very surprised that is a repeat issue and not a one-off mistake. Additionally, I knew from the description that they were not true brass, just painted aluminum. But the paint was so sloppily applied that it was obvious they were fake. Even if they had not been moldy, I still would have returned.

These bookends are gorgeous. Pictures don’t do them justice. Timeless classic pieces to dress up any room.

These bookends are a good addition to any bookshelf. They’re sturdy but not too heavy, they’re strong enough to hold books in place and have felt on the bottom to prevent scratching. You can also display small items on them.

I wanted to love these...but i just cant get onboard. I dont really get "gear" from this design. Functionality wise, yes, these hold books up. They are not super heavyweight or anything but it does the job. The little space on it is weird, but i guess thats just personal preference though.

These are the perfect bookends for containing all the photo albums in your life. They are very heavy and the design is perfect. The shelf creates an awesome little spot to display a collectible. We use it to hold our speakers.

I like the look of these, however, when I removed them from the box I was overwhelmed with a moldy smell and upon inspection realized the bottom of one was molded. Ugh. I assume it was the package and shipping. Target needs to do better with their packaging.

These are heavy and gorgeous! I love the little cut out detail and the brass color is modern but antique-ish at the same time.

The bookends are a sturdy pair of brass weights. The weight is perfect ,heavy enough to hold things securely but not over heavy. The aesthetic is easy to fit in to most decors. The shipment came wrapped very well and not scratched at all.
