After being a total convert to Braun for years now, leaving behind other electric shavers and wet shaving, I'm really surprised at the lack of quality control. This replacement shaver head not only didn't work as well as the original, but it also fills the room with an overwhelming vibration that feels like the head is going to pop of the razor while using it. I'm thankful I didn't throw out the original head. Needless to say, I am returning it. And since I can't trust that another replacement head will work, I may have to look at another option for shaving. Sad because I absolutely love my Series 9. Best shaving experience in my 40 plus years of shaving. Someone please find the "inspected by" label in this product to locate the person responsible for passing this cheaply made replacement head, and retrain them. Or DOGE them.

Terrible product, I bought the replacement head for my braun pro 9 razor and it is terrible. Doesn't fit like the original and is all plastic. Very disappointed.

I have had the OEM shaving head in my Series 925 for 6-weeks when I noticed a “break” in the foil portion of the head. It cut my face. I always clean my head after each use and clean using the “Smart Care Center” alcohol/lubricant docking station. My previous head with my current Braun 925 shaver lasted over a year! Very disappointed. This is my 2nd Braun shaver in 5-years and probably my last.

Please know that we understand your disappointment, especially since you cleaned the head after each use. With our quality and safety checks, this isn't the experience we expect you to have. However, if you aren't doing so already, as the foil is subject to wear, it's best to use light pressure when shaving. Pressing too hard can shorten the lifetime and cause damage to the foil. If you ever notice that your foil is damaged, we do not recommend using it. We'd love nothing more than to make a detailed report to our Quality and Safety Teams and assist you further. Opened the box 1 hour ago. Plugged it in. Finished a few emails. Tried the razor. Result: Wow, really close. Made my beautiful 78-yr old face as smooth as a Georgia peach. Best part is that the buzz is so loud it scares my wife.

I am thoroughly enjoying the shave I get with the Series 9 pro+. I do however, have a concern, regarding the lack of availability of replacement heads for the shaver. They have not been in stock since my purchase date, which has been over a month. I am afraid that I might have bought a disposable razor instead of something I would be using for years.

This blad literally fell apart while I was using it. Do not buy this product. I don't know if this is Target buying cheap, Knock offs that aren't authentic Bruan parts or if Braun started making garbage. These say the blade lasts 18 months. Not even close. It didn't get dull and start pulling hairs. It fell apart! What a complete scam and joke!

Replacement Blades are garbage

I am on my 3rd replacement blade in less than 16 months. The foils keep falling off and cannot be replaced. I have been using by Braun Series 9 for 8 plus years. Nothing has compared to the original blade that came with the purchase. The last 3 replacements which have all broken, always pulled my hairs (I shave daily) and could never get as close a shave as I used to. I actually still have my original blade and use it as a back up when my new ones fail. Honestly, I think it provides a better shave still than the new replacement blades. PLEASE FIX THIS QUALITY ISSUE or start losing customers for life.

Less than a year after purchasing a Series 9 pro shaver the shave quality had degraded so badly that I thought I needed a new shave head. I purchased a new shave head and the quality of my shave did not improve. Then within two weeks of purchase the shave head fell apart in the middle of a shave. The foil and blade just fell off the head and could not be fixed. It seems Braun has some serious quality control issues. For the price you pay for the shaver and replacement heads, they should last a whole lot longer than they did.

I've been using it for 3 months now. Never gives a good shave. I always have a few hairs it missed. Does not work for hair that lays slightly flat with a little curl. I always get a burn.

Why haven’t you addressed the quality issue with your Series 9 replacement heads? There is a serious issue with the head failing in a few months or less. Many customers have notified you of the issue, and still no curative response. Customers, myself included, will now switch to Panasonic after being lifelong Braun users. Does your owners, Proctor & Gamble, know of the negative goodwill you have/are generating? I’ll be sure to tell them. How about a real response, not your standard “we are so concerned about quality and hope you’ll call to discuss”. I’ve tried that and still no meaningful response. The ball’s in your court, P&G is next.

I've been using Braun Series 9 shavers for years since they came out and have nothing but good reports to say about them. I like a close shave and since the series 9 can be used with water I use shaving soap and get a much closer and more comfortable shave than I've ever gotten with any other razor I've tried including non-electric razors. The only issue I've noticed is the blades don't stay really sharp for more than several months so you'll get a fast and close shave the first few months and after that you'll still be able to get a close shave but it will take longer. Also, most of the blades I've had did not last 18 months. In some cases the foil developed holes in about a year.

I purchased the series 9 pro with high hopes of a good close shave. That’s never materialized. It takes a long time to try to actually get most of the whiskers, but never fully shaves the entire area of your face or neck. I even replaced the head and a shave is still less than satisfactory. So this was a lot of money spent that I regret that I should have sent it back for a refund.

I remember buying the first Shaver I bought in 1993, it lasted over 10 years and the head lasted for years. Now, you are lucky if the heads last over a month!

I like my Braun Series 9 Pro, but the new replacement heads that Braun sells are cheap and don't last. Shame on Braun for cutting corners on quality just to save money. I will not by any Braun products going forward.

This razor was ok at the beginning. Then I needed a replacement blades/head. It lasted about 8 shaves before falling apart. Since this is the second razor head I bought that fell apart after a fee shaves I will show this razor way. These heads so cheap it's discussing.
