Q: Anyone having problems with the head when 1 of the shaver heads pops out after a few weeks of shaving. I have had 3 do this to me with a new shaver.

This has a different design than Series 7 shaver heads have had in the past, and it doesn't physically fit on my Series 7 shaver

I bought this razor after my husband had a stroke, since he couldn't use a straight razor any more. But this is worse than nothing -- you think you are going to get a close shave but all it does is vibrate. It doesn't cut. When I've cleaned the head, a few whiskers fall out, so I know its doing something, but you have to go over the same spot again and again and again before you see any results

Why would a company suggest replacing this head every 18 months when I’ve only had approximately 3 months of good use out of mine. I paid full price on this and now feel let down

Replacement head for Braun shaver works fine. Would like to mention the package indicated that it was for a Series 6. Upon comparing the shaver heads, they were both the same. I almost returned the item because of this

Used for about 2 months and it broke while shaving.I’ve been using a braun electric razor for nearly 20 years while in the military where we have to shave everyday. I was a great product but the quality of these replacement heads have declined.

I puchased in july 2024 and as of Nov 2024 it is no longer cutting as well. poor razor blade quality in my opinion

When getting a replacement head, it should feel like you're using a brand new device. We're sorry that this head only lasted a few months, but know this isn't what we expect as they should last around 18 months on average, especially when using the clean and charge station, or cleaning it in accordance to the user manual. If you aren't doing so already, we recommend trimming the hair down first, stretching the skin taut, and shave against the growth of the hair, being sure the device is at a right angle. good luck finding the correct replacement blades, for whatever unknown reason Braun seems to have 2 series 7 electric Razors for sale in the USA....and good luck finding the correct part
