A tall bottle does not fit under it also very loud and makes loud noise when your filling up container

Wish I could give this 0 zero stars as that’s how terrible it is. Bought it and the cold water stopped working. Asked for help and nothing worked and then water stopped dispensing all together. We had it maybe 6 months at the time and now it just sits there.

This has made me drink tye water i should be drinking in a daily basis. It works like a champ. The only thing is the nlise from the fridge motor. Is not as quiet as is should be. But its a great buy. I love it.

I really like this. It was worth money. As I live in not so great water area.

Too expensive for what you get! Also, the fill space should be larger! Won’t fit largeYetis or Stanley’s! Additionally won’t fit my water dispenser for my coffee maker.

The cold water does not get cold unless you use a large glass. I use 5oz cups and it's like room temp.

The product is efficient and looks aesthetically pleasing but feels a little flimsy and cheaply made for the price.

We’ve had a few other brands and this one caught my eye. Beautiful pics and style. That said, build quality and it sounding like a freight train after a few months…. It definitely will not make the consideration rotation the next time a cooler is needed in this household.

Love this water cooler! Water temp is adjustable for cold and hot. It is very quiet! It has a cleaning feature. The water is clean tasting. It is an all around good cooler/heater.

We’ve had a simple water cooler for 12 years and it always provided really cold water. Purchased this because we were looking for a nicer look but this one does not make cold water constantly. Seems like it takes time to get cold so if you’re not drinking from it every 30 minutes, it won’t give you a cold glass of water. Huge bummer.

I love the Brio water responders. I have used them for several years. I especially like the looks and the bottom load models. I just bought my second one. I just thought it was time to upgrade so I got a newer model. The old one was still working fine so I passed it on to my son. Brio now has so many models to choose from.

After having leased a different brand water dispenser for years and returned, I researched for months including speaking with a Brio rep for water dispensers. Brio is the best, being efficient, quiet…the technology is simply amazing. In addition Brio water cooler looks great, sleek in our kitchen. The water temperatures, hot, cold and room temperature work perfect. I have owned and leased water coolers for over 30 years, and there is no doubt BRIO is the winner. I love this cooler!
