Nice looking bottle but not functional. I dislike the narrow opening and I cannot fit ice in it without putting in ice cube one by one. I don’t like I have to suck out the water like I’m sipping from a baby bottle. There is also a small hole above the main spout where it leaks when I tilt the water bottle up (in order to drink water) and get water all over myself.

The Hydro Flask Insulated Stainless Steel Bottle is durable, sleek, and keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours or hot for 12. Its double-wall insulation truly delivers, and the wide mouth makes it easy to fill and clean. Available in various sizes, it's perfect for everyday use or outdoor activities. A bit heavy when full, but overall, an excellent hydration companion

It’s ok….. my complaint is that the water is hard coming out of the straw.

I've owned my 32 ounce Brita Water bottle with the straw for a few years now and I still love it. I can fill up with drinking water anywhere and it tastes great. I never have to buy single use water bottles which is way better for our environment and less expensive for me. I did have a problem with the mouth piece getting moldy at first and had to replace it. But since then I wash it with dish soap and warm water and rinse it good every one to two nights and no more issues. I'm usually washing dishes anyway, so its no big deal. I change the filter every 2 months, or sooner when I fill it up more than twice per day. The only complaint I have is the filter replacements come wrapped in non-recyclable plastic and I don't see why that is necessary. Also, in a ideal world they would be made in the country where they are distributed. Until there is an even more environmentally friendly option, I'll stick with my Brita bottle. Thanks Brita!

I love this product at the first few months. But the water doesn't flow smoothly. So I replaced the filter and it gets worse. Now I have a useless bottle with 5 brand new filter. Totally a waste.

Love the Brita filtering water bottle, especially great for traveling in airports. Once you make it through security, fill it up and off you go. No more paying high prices for bottled water in airport shops.

My favorite water bottle! Makes tap water taste great
Excellent water bottle brand, but stay away from the plastic one—go for the metal version instead!!!

This water bottle is not dishwasher-friendly. It completely melted in the dishwasher! If you’re planning to order a Brita water bottle, I strongly recommend spending the extra $10 for the metal version—it’s much more efficient, keeps your water cold all day, and is way more reliable. I originally bought this bottle for an upcoming Florida vacation because the water there has a swampy sulfur, taste. This brand of water bottle made a huge difference, completely removing the nasty tap water taste. While the filter works just as well as the metal version, the plastic bottle just isn’t durable. That said, these Brita water bottles are fantastic for trips or places with gross public water. Just make sure to go for the metal version—it’s worth the extra cost! :)

Christmas present last year for my son. I have tried everything to clean the attached straw. It will not come clean! I even soaked it in bleach and also tried vinegar. Very disgusting looking. It will not come clean! Still is black.

Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear your son's Brita Water Bottle became stained, and we'd like to share a few cleaning tips. Regularly wash the white cap in the top rack of the dishwasher or by hand with hot, soapy water. You can also use a clean toothbrush/bottle brush. After washing, be sure to allow the bottle to dry completely. Also, leave the cap open when you're not using your bottle to prevent moisture. In the meantime, we want to provide you with a better experience. Please reach out to us at 800-242-7482 and mention reference number 241204-000571. Hope to hear from you soon.

The spout gets mold easily within one month of use and filter pipe holder is too difficult to clean
1 reply from Brita team - 3 months ago
Oh no, and thanks for making your experience known to us.This can occur over time with the spout on our Premium Filtering Water Bottle if exposed to moisture when not in use or in humid climates. Here are a few Brita bottle cleaning tips: -Wash the white cap in the top rack of a dishwasher or wash thoroughly by hand with hot, soapy water. You can also use a clean toothbrush or bottle brush. -After washing, try leaving the cap open when you’re not using your Brita bottle. This will help eliminate excess moisture. -Be sure to allow the bottle to dry completely after every washing. In the meantime, we still want you to call us at 800-242-7482 and keep up with #241212-000565. Talk to you soon. Jeffery from The Brita Team

I like this water bottle and I don’t like to drink water from water fountain so this helps with quick fill up and filter out my water. I have one for my duaghter so she can take to school so it’s good on school trips to. I haven’t experienced any leaks. It’s good light weight bottle.

Attractive bottle. Found it in my favorite color purple. Extremely difficult to drink from the straw. Little to no water comes through the straw. If I tilt the water is removed from the straw opening and pours out the hole in the lid. I’m confused in the purpose of this product.

Thanks for sharing this with us, Bru. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble drinking from our Brita Water Bottle and would like to share a few tips. The silicone mouthpiece may be out of place. Once you remove the straw, you’ll see the silicone mouthpiece's base on the lid's underside. At times, this piece gets folded and covers up the venting hole. If this is the case, gently turn the mouthpiece to align with the groove inside the base of the lid. Make sure the filter is flush with the top of the straw then align the straw with the base of the lid and twist right to lock. Our bottles are designed to be held in an upright position while drinking. After refilling, it may take a few sips to pull water through the filter the first time. In the meantime, we'd like to improve your experience. Please reach out to us at 800-242-7482 and mention reference number 241029-000572 so we may further assist. We look forward to hearing from you.

These are the best for filling up at the airport or in your hotel room on vacation. I used to spend so much money buying bottles of water on trips. I just toss one in my carryon and I'm good to go!

I bought this for my daughter for her first year in a college dorm. It fit perfectly in the dorm size fridge that she had to share with her roomate. Her boyfriend who attended the same college also wanted one, so this is a Christmas gift for him. A filter comes with it and the replacement ones are reasonablly priced. They last for two months.

I have the bottle for a couple of months. I love it, except for the straw. It gets black gunk in it and no matter how often or thoroughly I clean it, it never really gets rid of it. Is this mold? Is it harmful??
