Britax Willow Brook Baby Travel System with Infant Car Seat and Stroller

We had a different model of Britax travel system and we loved it. This one is literally the worst; don’t waste your money. :( The car seat constantly gets stuck which is the biggest problem; the sunshade on this one is way too small so the sun is always in the baby’s face; the storage on the bottom of stroller, they didn’t put enough space for most diaper bag backpacks to go in and out when car seat is on; you can only attach either car seat or stroller top and nothing can be connected for stroller to folder (other model we had folded with stroller seat); the push bar of the stroller is annoying and cannot be adjusted so you can’t reach or put baby in and out except for if you’re on the side; and lastly the parent cup holder is flimsy and will fly off if you put too heavy of a cup and/or when you fold stroller. Our baby is too young still for kid tray so I don’t know how that is yet. Wanted to like this so bad and sad I spent this much money for something so inconvenient and honestly unsafe because it’s so hard to remove car seat from base.

Gets jammed continuously at the base it is a workout trying to get my baby out of it with the car seat, it’s concerning because if there were emergency I would need to go through and unbuckle when I should just be able to click him and go. I HATE this car seat

Would not buy from this company again due to non responsive customer service. The first reply took almost a month and have yet to receive a reply to my follow up months later.

I bought this travel system after extensive research and comparison with other high quality brands. We absolutely love it. Have only been using it for four months. However, the carseat continuously gets stuck in the base. I will spend 5 or more minutes trying to get my baby out of the car. This is not okay with me. If there was an emergency and we needed to exit the vehicle immediately (fire) then my baby is stuck until I can either get it to unlatch, or unbuckle and remove my baby from the carseat completely. If she falls asleep in the car I now have to wake her up trying to get her out. For the price I paid for the product, this should not be an issue.

Car seat adapter part broke after only 1 month of use, can no longer fit in the stroller. Also car seat buckle area pokes baby’s thighs, causing bruising…. Because I purchased it before baby was born I have missed the return window. Happy 1 month baby!

Super lightweight easy to use I love it! My 9 yo likes to push it for me.

I waited a few months because I wanted to leave a genuine review. The travel system is convenient and super easy to use. The stroller is perfect and very simple to fold down and up. The car seat in comparison to our other seems to be more crammed. It is quite heavy (also in comparison to our other car seat) and our baby gets VERY hot sitting in it. I often have a hard time clicking it out of the base because it gets stuck. The base is easy to install. Overall I would not purchase this again, as other car seats also have travel systems and the car seat to this one is just a hard no for me.

The car seat for this stroller is so small. My 2 month old who is 23 inches 12 pounds barely fits. She looks incredibly uncomfortable and cries the whole time in this thing. When I take her out there are marks on her little body from the straps and I have set them on the biggest length already. I believe all those positive reviews posted are fake. I do not recommend this one at all. I am going to purchase another stroller now.

Lightweight and easy to travel with. Love the forward and rear facing options, love that you can just bring the frame and use the car seat which cuts down on trunk space being used for sure. It seems very sturdy and is easy to maneuver. Easy to swap out car seat or pram in either direction. Handle is comfortable and a good height . Plenty of storage! Easy to fold! Car seat is easy to install and very straightforward so instructions aren’t really needed there. I highly recommended to any mom or dad to be makes a great baby shower gift.

The car set is very suitable for my 4-month-old baby. I feel safe having it there. It is a seat that I can trust because I know that my baby will be protected with the seat belt. It is easy to fasten and unfasten it. The stroller is easy to assemble, its tires are medium size, it is not as heavy as other cars and it is very easy to fit, it fits in all types of cars and is very comfortable. I totally recommend it moms, you will not regret it, it is totally safe for our babies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to come across this travel system in an Expo I visited with a good friend of mine, who was going for work. She thought it would be a good experience for me, since it has been close to a decade since I had a child, and so much has change. I was able to try out different travel systems, even a travel system that cost almost 3 x as much, that I had my eyes set on. This one was still new on the market at the time, probably still is, and most places I had looked at to try it out first, did not have floor samples available, but did have it available for order. After seeing it in the expo, in person, I knew I wanted this, Not only did it feel super sturdy and wheels turned great, for city use, but its a travel system, that will last from birth. We do have a car, so having the car seat vs a bassinet is so much better, because the transfer from the car to stroller is much more seamless, and les of a hassle. Meaning, you do not have to move or risk waking baby up to transfer them to a stroller/bassinet. The storage basket is of great size, and the material feels durable. My brother told me he would gift me the stroller, so I ended up adding it to my baby registry. It came in and I am itching to open it up and take it out for a ride around my living room. Baby is not due until Sept, so I have to wait to open it for now (as is a tradition in my culture). From what I saw of the stroller in the Expo, I would pick it every single time, and the cost is so much less than the other travel systems out there that do similar things. Lesson picking this travel system: Do not always go for the most expensive options thinking they may be the best options if they cost more. This one proved to feel/look/and be high quality.

You can easily snap the car seat onto the stroller and when needed you can remove the car seat and snap it into the base in the car. The stroller itself is lightweight and simple to fold up. Its durable, safe and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on our 4th child so we have tried several other strollers and car seats before. I have to say that this set is top notch. The stroller is fairly light and glides very smoothly with easy turns. The seat can lift up and turn around so baby can face frontward to see ahead or rearward to see us. The cupholder for the "pusher" is a nice touch. Car seat and base are also great but the cool thing about the ca seat is that it also clicks into the stroller until baby is big enough for the toddler seat. No complaints.

This travel system looks so high end but is also super affordable. It makes traveling with your baby super easy and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best stroller/carseat combo I've ever owned. The sleek ergonomic design is next to none. The carseat is super easy to install into a vehicle and stays tight which is super important. When ready to go just place the carseat in listen for the lock amd go. The locking mechanism to lock the seat belt to the Car is like nothing I've ever seen but still super easy to do. The carseat itself has alot of padding for baby which seems to make it very comfortable for them. This carseat also is super light which is important before you even put baby in. Super easy to carry as well. The only thing the carseat is lacking is the newborn insert to keep their head from flopping to the side. The carseat simply clicks into the stroller base and unlocks with the same button to unlock from the vehicle base as well. The stroller base folds up nicely and is lightweight for traveling. Has a nice storage space below and heavy duty wheels that will last. Last bit not least there is an attachment for the stroller if you don't want to use the carseat base thay would work for an infant all the way up to a toddler. Super cushiony nice wipe able fabric thay reclines or goes flat. This stroller system is going to get so over used this summer I cannot wait. Easiest most durable travel system I have owned! Go buy yours! It is literally work every last penny
