Had the massage for about 3 months before it broke. One of the rotating heads came off and its only on by a small screw which will probably do the same thing and break again. I had to pay to ship it back. They have had it over a month and still waiting. terrible. Don"t buy!

It was much larger in size than I was anticipating, but it wasn't uncomfortable or bulky to use at all. I was actually really happy about the size, because it makes the item much more versatile. I had a cramp in my calf after the gym one day and laid the massager on my couch then gently placed my calf between the rotators. It was perfect. The pressure can be a little too much at times, but in general, I am in love with this. It's the perfect way to relax after a long day. A book and this on my neck and shoulders is such a nice way to end the night.

However, my husband has broad shoulders and really appreciated that this massager could actually work out the knots. This is now his main staple for relaxing at the end of his work day!

I hold tension/stress in my neck and shoulders, this shiatsu massager hits those spots perfectly on me! I love that this massger rotates directions automatically and that it has arm sings so I can increase pressure or adjust the area its massaging. The cord is about 3 feet, not long but worked for me and where my couch is located. The heat, though it lit up red, I didnt really notice a change in temp. Overall, for me its a great deep massage that loosens up both my upper shoulders and neck areas and does a great job releasing the tension in those areas that trigger migraines and pain. I use the shiatsu massager almost every night and love the deep tissue massage it provides.

It really helps get the knots out and relieve tension, that’s where I hold most of my tension. Just be sure to not overdo it otherwise you’ll feel bruised the next day, my husband made that mistake lol.

I also like that you can put your arms in to help keep it in place. The only con I can come up with is that you can't change the heat settings, I would have liked if you could adjust to get more heat if needed.

I pressed the heat button and could not tell the differenceno matter how many times I pressed it or held it down. The cord for use was abiut 3 feet long. I had to have it plugged in close to a wall outlet to use it. It did not give much room to be comfortable. I do like that it has auto shut off after 15 minutes. Overall, it gave a good deep tissue massage.

The heating element is nice, but could be a touch hotter to help loosen up tight muscles. I carry tension in my neck and shoulders, which this seems to target. It pauses and reverses direction. Overall, it’s an ok model for portable tension relief.

I frequently experience pain in both areas. I would love to get a great massage on a regular basis but, you know, the economy. This device works amazing. The "nubs" aren't too hard, they light up and heat up. There's 16 different settings to get that perfect massage. I would recommend this to anyone with any pain in the neck, shoulder, back and even the hip.

The arm handles/slots also allows you to apply firmer pressure if desired. It sits well on your neck/shoulder area and delivers a nice massage and is very relaxing. It’s almost compatible to a portable version of the chairs you sit in when getting a pedicure. Definitely enjoy using after a long day of typing at my desk.

I like that it is easy to move around and pinpoint where you need it to massage. The flaps have a little arm sling to rest your arms and to hold the massager in place. It also can be switched which way you want the little kneading balls to go. Comes with a car plug as well so if you want to take it with you and use it on the go, you have that option! Great massager in my opinion!
