It's ok but same price for a rolling messaged and u can use it on other body parts, not just neck. The material seems like it would stain easy and fabric has zipper but doesn't work to come off and wash as it could

Stopped working after 3 uses. Doesn't even turn on anymore.

Picked this up from the store, it came completely broken. Never lit up when I charged it and it did nothing.

It does work well when you figure out how to charge it and it must be plugged in to operate. The instructions are a bit confusing. The heat and massage do work well.

This is as bad as the real reviews. The paid reviews are all glowing but this is not the reality. The issue is that it does not charge and does not work even when plugged in.

Extremely conflicted and glad I’m not the only one with the same concerns. So I’ve finally discovered it HAS to be plugged it when you use it. But even then, you can hear/feel it get weaker, buffer on and off, then turn off. Used multiple different cords and USB outlets and it’s always the same deal. The main issue is that if I really lean into it or use the arm holders to put more force on my neck, it struggles. As if it’s not strong enough for a ton of force. I’m keeping it since it was a gift, but look a little harder if you want a deep massager.

Charged it all night and only one side of the massager worked and even then it didn’t hold a charge. Had to keep it plugged in to keep it on. Not worth the money, returning it. Also why is the zipper inside out making it so you can not wash the cover ever?!?!?

I haven’t had a chance to use it because it stinks. I’m not sure if it’s normal for it to smell like that or if it’s from my store in particular. The zipper on the case is inside out so I can’t get it off to wash it. I don’t even want to try it.

Bought this just recently taken home expecting to give it as a present. So I checked it out. I used the charging cord and it didn’t work. I plug in into different ports I have and nothing. So I return it. The product I just don’t trust for reliability.

This has been very helpful and it's easy to use. It really gets into the muscles and warms them with the heat feature. Ionly wish it would stay put without me having to hold the straps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this as it does massage the neck but it has a few flaws. The cord is removable which is interesting as it does not actually hold a charge. I also wish that it was adjustable to hit different parts of the neck but the material is very rigid. The heating feature is really nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from Influenster for my honest opinion and I have to say I love the idea of a neck massager after a long hard day at work however I feel like this could’ve been stronger on the massage pressure, I had to hold it tight to get the pressure I would prefer. It did the job however once I held the hand held down tighter so it’s not completely useless. It would be good for the occasional massage but not the everyday effect I expected.

Has a few differnet massage settings and heated element for added neck pain relief. I have used this several times so far to help with my sore and stiff neck. It provides immediate comfort and relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really looked forward to using the Realtouch Shiatsu Neck Massager, as I have a job where looking down and using my hands in such a way, that it causes quite a bit of tension and sore muscles. My husband pictured in the photo is in construction, and played a lot of football as a young man, so he also suffers from neck stiffness and occasional pain. The massager is very heavy. It’s very awkward to position, and it just never really feels like it sits correctly or hits the areas you would want it to. You literally can’t sit back and relax while using it because it’s so big and hard. It’s very difficult to try to relax and enjoy the massage if you have to sit straight up and keep tension on the straps to hold the weight of the device. Unfortunately it’s a No for me.

I never knew how amazing a neck massager was until I tried this out. I love that this one is slim, heats up, lightweight, has arm straps for additional pressure, and compact for traveling. Its like going to the Chiropractor in your own home. I use this every morning when I wake up and drink my morning coffee. The nodes feel like a human is massaging my neck. It has multiple intensity settings with optional heat. I always use the heat when using this because it feels soothing and amazing. I love that this is small and compact to take when traveling. When my husband and I have to take long car trips, this is always the first this I grab to take and use in his truck. I can't believe I've gone this long without a neck massager.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really wanted to love this but it severely lacks! I like pressure and you can’t get it unless I pull down but then it sounds like the motors are going to blow. Does not give much heat and the position that it can be used is dissatisfying.
