Brother HL-L6210DWT Business Monochrome Laser Printer

I purchased a Brother dual-tray printer expecting it to print both letter and legal size from a PDF containing mixed paper sizes—but it does not work as advertised. It only prints one size, completely defeating the purpose of a dual-tray printer. After spending over 10 hours troubleshooting and contacting both Brother and Staples, I received zero resolution. Brother support provided instructions for the wrong printer. I was even told Adobe needed to be updated, so I purchased the latest version—only to have the same issue persist. This has been a colossal waste of time and money. Brother, if you have a fix, provide it. Otherwise, stop misleading customers about the functionality of your dual-tray printers!

You do not list the paper size for your printers so how are we supposed to know if it will print up to ledger size

This printer is a dream. It prints extremely fast with paper coming out on top so papers don’t fall on the floor. It’s very quiet also. Using Adobes free program, it automatically chooses the correct paper size needed, ie, legal to legal, letter to letter. No changing paper needed. I found inputting of my password took time but not troubling. It can print up to 18,000 pages using the 920UXXL toner and the drum lasts for 45,000 pages. A third tray can be added. But don’t forget to check the tray levels before printing large files. The only trouble is if you run out of paper in one tray, the printer will use the other tray.

Bought 2 new printer for my business and both units stopped picking up papers from the trays, never recommend this product

I still have to use my other printer/copier since this doesn’t have a copier for scanning in and duplications. However over all a great printer for our small business!

However, i was surprised that there was no option to scan or photocopy. As a printer made for businesses i think this should've had these options. The company in no way advertises scanning or photocopy so its not the company's fault. I was just disappointed to not see those options. Otherwise the product itself looks to be of great quality. Ive had it for a month. I was sent this product for free in exchange for an honest opinion.

The copies are clear and crisp, and the double-sided printing is easy and paper saving. The printer does not use a lot of toners which is a big plus for it? I absolutely love that I can print directly from my cellphone. I’m very happy with this printer.

Brother has been my favorite brand when it comes to printers as it NEVER lets down, but I’ve had some problems with past printers, and I have to say I’m shocked beyond words with this product.. I could spend hours explaining to you, but I can wrap it up with only one word; FAST. I have the patience of a squirrel and this beauty prints SO fast! Let me give you a pros/cons break down Pros: -There is NO lag when printing, like I said fast! -The printer takes a boatload of paper at once. -The dual draws are efficient. -Connecting to wifi/mobile device is a breeze It took WHILE before I replaced the toner,I was printing like the Wall Street Journal to get a good review of this. - Perfect for small and larger scale businesses/offices - Has a good memory drive - Not so loud when printing - Budget friendly - Great price for what you get Cons: -It’s big, it takes up a lot of space! -It’s heavy. -It might not be easy for a lot of people to figure out quickly. - High yield toner is a bit pricier (but lasts longer). I have to say, all in all, this printer is worth the upgrade if you’re already a Brother product user like me, a switch if you’re using any other brand, and a MUST buy if you have a business, work in an office, or just plain need a luxurious printer!

The printer works wonderfully. No issues with loading trays or ink as of yet. Printing is fast and seamless. Will definitely continue using.

Super easy to connect through wifi, I've been printing so much with it since receiving it! I've been using it for business purposes as well as personal purposes. Used it to quickly put return address on a ton of envelopes as I normally just write them 🥴 it prints SOOOO fast like I wanna say 50 pages per minute. Most definitely recommend to anyone who does a lot of black&white printing.
