You should be selling refillable cartridges and ink to fill them. Would be better value for customers and would be much more environmentally friendly.

Your feedback is important to us and will be reviewed to help us improve our future products. Also note that Brother strongly recommends that customers don't use generic ink cartridges or refill their Brother ink cartridges. Using non-Brother supplies may affect the hardware performance, print quality, and machine reliability since the ink formulation in genuine Brother ink cartridges prevents smearing and clogging of the print head. Brother multifunction machines are designed to work with ink of a particular specification and will work to a level of optimum performance when used with genuine Brother branded ink cartridges. Brother can't guarantee this optimum performance if the ink or ink cartridges of other specifications are used. Brother doesn't, therefore, recommended the use of cartridges other than genuine Brother branded cartridges with this machine or the refilling of empty cartridges.
