I was surprised to see low reviews for this ink because it is way better than most. I bought and Epson and if you didn't use it periodically (semi weekly) it dries to the point where you have to clean the heads with a Qtip. Not the case here. But then I found that many people, instead of rating the PRODUCT, used this platform to complain about the service (availability, shipping, etc). So needless to say, the number of stars for this PRODUCT is misleading. It is a very good product! Much, much better than anything else out there.

THE INK USED IN THE CARTRIDGE ARE MADE FOR BROTHERS EQUIPMENT GOOD QUALITY. DON'T USE GENERIC INK IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR INK JETS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've accidentally ordered the off-brand cartridges before and they really just don't last as long as the actual Brother ones. Worth it to get the real cartridges if you can afford it! Good quality, works seamlessly in the printer (just be careful taking that plastic strip off during install, I've never been able to do it without mysteriously getting ink on my fingers).

I love that there is no problem using the genuine Brother brand and nothing special to do to allow the machine to use. Also much better quality than aftermarket options. Packaging is nice and you know it’s fresh.

A deep cleaning of the print head would be best to do called as initial purge. Since we do not have the model of you Brother machine. The printer is working quite well with your fine product. The only problem is I really don't know what I'm doing and the last time I printed my Sunday school lesson it wouldn't stop printing. It finally quit when it finished lesson 44!

Been waiting for the blank ink for months. Almost a year. My printer is completely useless and it isn’t compatible with any other printer ink. This is a complete lie. Don’t waste your money trying. I now have to buy a whole different printer because the one I have is completely useless. The blank ink runs out fast and I did not have enough to last. Very disappointed. Also, for the price of the blank Ink by itself I can buy another printer. I don’t understand why this is so expensive. Buyer beware!

I am so frustrated. This ink is never in stock anywhere. I’ve been looking for the last 6months. I am completely out of ink and have to go to the library to print anything. I just bought my printer in August last year, so how is this possible?? Brand new printer and I can’t even get ink to refill it! I want a refund for my printer but gosh why is everything such a hassle. The probably wouldn’t even give me a refund. I will never buy another Brother printer.

How could a company your size not have ink? Why sell a printer and then run out of ink? I have been a long-time customer and this kind of chaos over a lousy ink cartridge is making me rethink my loyalty.,
