Why has there been such a delay on upgrade If you sell a new item we should not have been promised they will be in and stop blaming everyone else is you are selling !

My new dealer installed upgrade 2 on my new Luminaire xp-1 when I purchased the machine at the end of August. I paid for upgrade 1, but my dealer is waiting for it to come into his shop. I hope it doesn't take too long. I would like to have him install it before winter and snow starts flying since his shop is not close to me.

I really enjoy my Luminaire XP1 and I was so happy when Brother made an upgrade available. I love the new features and enjoy the new patterns. Excited to creat my first project using the quilting sash patterns with my new Brother 14" x 7" magnetic hoop.
