The flavor was spot on with it tasting like milk left over from a fruity cereal. It was delicious overall, but the macros and nutrition on it are lacking with it being about 50% higher in calories than other protein powders with the same amount of protein.

Taking this protein has become a highlight of my workouts and Syntha - 6 has always been a reputable brand with quality ingredients. However still very chemical tasting, but that was expected. Overall tasty. I mix with skim milk and have frozen it to use in Ninja CREAMi

The taste reminds me of when you leave cereal in a bowl of milk for a while but kind of diluted. Thankfully it’s not chunky. It is a lot of calories for the amount of protein it’s giving so it may be better for someone looking to build mass. It does have a slight aftertaste. I do think it has more ingredients than necessary. Overall, I probably wouldn’t get it for my specific goals but it could possibly be a good one if you’re just starting out with increasing your protein intake.

By itself, I thought the fruity cereal flavor was decent, but it definitely had an artificial flavor taste. I liked the amount of protein in each serving but I didn’t like how many calories were in each serving. If you’re looking for a different taste for protein shakes I would give this a try. The taste isn’t overpowering so it can be used in a very simple yet versatile way.

I prefer to mix it in a smoothie, but it does seem to make my smoothies a little bit sweet. I cannot feel the grit of it in this movie at all, which is a huge win! it is OK to drink on its own. It does taste like you are drinking milk after cereal. It mixes well. Does not upset my stomach whatsoever! I am a little confused why the scoop is so big and is double what a serving size is .
Poor ingredients but great taste!
